When Mr. McCain was listening to Ms. Palin give her acceptance speech, the look on his face and body chemistry was...what-in-the-world have I done, God I hope this works. No chemistry.

In 2000, Mr. McCain said the role of the VP is to check daily on the President's health and attend funerals. One can expect Ms. Palin, if elected, to fall into this role. If she has any talent, which I believe she does, this will truly frustrate her.

The best thing for Ms. Palin is to have a strong showing this round, lose the election, and come back in four years as her own candidate.

Nice to see Howard Wolfson see the light and move on to the general election. Now he can see what so many of us saw 4 years ago, a great leader in the making.

Thursday night's "We Have a Dream" speech was the greatest, most uplifting speech I've ever heard. He will go down with the greats like Churchill, Roosevelt and Kennedy at giving great inspirational speeches that move countries and people to great deeds. That's what leadership is all about, giving speeches that move people, something that's been sorely lacking the past 8 years and which "Boring" McCain can never do.

I hope that the more recalcitrant of Hillary's supporters can see what a false front "Stepford Wife" Palin is and how she will set back women's rights decades if not centuries. Only the dumbst of the dumb would ever votefor the Dumb and Dumber ticket of frauds, liars and cheaters.

Only Obama/Biden will bring honesty and integrity back to the White House!

Great article. It is clear Obama and Biden will make a great team for us in Washington! This is particularly valuable because Obama actually invites the input of others (as contrasted to McCain who just gets angry at those who disagree with him or even question him).

Yes, there definitely is chemistry, but also when I see those two together, I feel that with the both of them together in the administration, we will be well served. When I see McCain and Palin together, it scares the heck out of me. But they also lack chemistry, and it is kind of creepy watching McCain constantly eyeing Palin's behind. That's not chemistry you can believe in.
