From NBC/NJ's Carrie DannMINNEAPOLIS, MN -- Grover Norquist is talking about decapitated rodents.
"Those Republican elected officials who vote for tax increases are rat heads in a Coke bottle," booms the president of the Americans for Tax Reform,

The scene from St. (Ron) Paul

Grover Norquist is Jack Abramoff's best friend and partner in crime and the Republicans still cheer. It is not sexism to question the credentials of a VP candidate for our nation. It is not sexism to look in to ethics and criminal issues like troopergate, pork earmarks, the Alaska Independence Party, and on and on. This is all fair game for any candidate who is on this national stage and is one person away from running the country. We scrutinized the Dems to death and overlooked almost everything about McCain under the assumption that "he had been around a long time and everyone knew him" - can't tell you how many times I had to stomach that from the press. McCain is acting like an idiot and a child for whining when his ticket is under the same mircoscope that the rest of the politicians have endured over the last 19 months.

The media better stop repeating this narrative that somehow there is sexism. It is not sexism to inquire about the policies, beliefs, and effectivenes of someone who might lead our country whether that person be man or woman. If you hammer home the GOP Talking Points Memo, that no one can criticize her because she is a woman and/or that someohow she has enough experience just because the GOP says so - you are no better than FIXED NEWS and Karl Rove. McCain is already throwing a trantrum to CNN because for the FIRST time in this election cycle they did not repeat their GOP talking points and questioned Tucker Bounds and another Republican talking head about whether Sarah Palin is competant enough. That is the same behavior you would expect from a toddler not a presumptive President.

Our country deserve better. We say enough!
