Bush had a republican congress and got everything he and the republicans wanted because there was no balance of power. &amp;nbsp;Reagan and the lst Bush had to work most of the time with a democratic congress. &amp;nbsp;The constitution was framed so there would be a balance of power, but with two of the three branchs (legislative &amp;amp; executive) controlled by one party the check and balance is gone.</description></item></channel></rss>
