Is this "source" serious? If anyone is on the defense, that would definitely be McCain. They're only removing the negative ads in Michigan, because they've witnessed the recent polls that show Obama ahead by a good percentage. This just shows how threatened McCain, and his team are. They aren't running the brilliant campaign that Obama is running, and their strategy is far from brilliant. The Obama campaign on the other hand, does indeed have a brilliant strategy.

I wouldn't count on winning all of the states mentioned above by this source, if I were them. I agree, Obama has to work a lot harder to win and he has. He has also been clearer about any issue put to him, has been right more than McCain on any number of issues. He has presented himself as the better prepared and more reasoned candidate. He doesn't yell at people or run pure sleeze and lies ads against McCain. His biggest hurdle is the race issue and I have great hope that many Americans have seen the clear difference between McCain and Palin who are not prepared to lead the nation and Barack and Biden who are. I think the polls are indicating that the last 8 years of mismanagement have finally taken their toll and we may as a nation get beyond race and vote on reason.

McCain camp: Obama is on defense

ssshhhhh. Don't wake up McCain, let him keep thinking he is winning.

McCain camp: Obama is on defense

Does McCain have a way to 270 without Ohio and PA?
