Seriously, Obama (in keeping with the Clinton Administration) is trying to return to a PAYGO system. That is how you balance budgets.

PS. Whose boneheaded idea was it to grant huge tax cuts and then wage two wars. Aren't any of you patriots concerned that we haven't been asked to SACRIFICE at home for these wars? Seems like a good bit of mismanagement to not FUND the wars with cash. Could be part of why our dollar is so incredibly weak. No doubt that is how "W" maxed out our Chinese Express card.

It also fails to explain that unlike the dollars McCain wants to give to investors, this money will be spent in the USA, not hidden in an account, not invested in pay for the move of some compaines out of the country.
