The greatest feeling one can experience as an American is exercising one's right/responsibility to vote. On Wednesday I proudly cast my ballot for Obama/Biden. What a great feeling. What an honor.
I really enjoyed the levity from last nights Al Smith fundraiser. Both candidates looked great and both were hilarious. It was a nice break from the filth being promoted by the McSame campaign. It breaks my heart when I see the clips of the white people that are so ignorant and hateful towards our next President, Barack Obama. Get used to saying America! President Barack Obama.

Yes, there will be some close battleground states. And sometimes it is hard to cut through the spin and see what is really happening. McCain will get the wingnut conservative vote, the evalgelical vote, the racist vote. Moderates and independents will split.

Obama will get the AA vote, and the youth vote. Yes, the under 25 age group will vote this time. Actually Karl Rove knew about how to activate and organize communities. So does Obama. Think about it. If half of the people who gave hard earned dollars to the Obama campaign go out and work for Obama in the last four days, that will be over a million volunteers. They have worked too hard to quit now. See you at the polls.

The mere fact that the McBush campaign is talking about a NARROW-VICTORY scenario shows how bleak things look for the Republicans. I think it's going to be a blowout. Obama will win at least 300 electoral votes. Obama is underperforming in the polls because young and AA voters are not traditionally selected for these polls. The African American voter is extremely energized and I heard if they increase their turnout by 1 - 2% it's going to be LOOOONG night for the McBush camp Nov. 4th. The media would have you believe that this election is close, but what us folk out here on the beat know is that this one is pretty much wrapped up.

There's a group of us down here in Florida who are making rondom calls in our respective cities, and we've totalled well over 5000 calls over the past 3 days, and 64 out of every 100 calls say they're going Obama in this election...

Guess what? We know something that you pundits don't know ;) So with that, I'm turned off entirely with this whole polling thing. These networks have lost all credibility with me, cause we're finding out first hand that there are angles being played by the media. (Y'all need to keep it real)

Only the McCain supporters are focusing on the polls. Us Obama supporters are out here on the grind. Making calls. Knocking on doors. Pulling out our lap tops SHOWING the facts. Busting our butts, getting things done... Working for the people, just as Barack Obama is sure to.

McCain's selection of Palin has cost him dearly in the Latino and Jewish communities. It has also cost him most of the Independent support. Palin's rallies tend to divide our country at a time we need a leader to bring us together.

When "Joe the not really a Plumber" has done 10 times more interviews in 24 hours that a VP candidate has done the entire campaign, it's really a problem. In troubling times, leaders talk to the people in a way to raise their spirits and inspire them to think things will get better.

We have not seen this from McCain or Palin.

Compare Obama, Bush, and McCain's economic speeches. Almost every day that Bush speaks about the economy, the market tumbles.
Monday, Obama reveals his economic stimulus package, the market has it's biggest point gain in history.
Tuesday, the market is up. Then, McCain speaks and the market tumbles.

West Virginia is not a Republican state but in Presidential elections. It has a Democratic Governor, two Democratic Senators, an overwhelmingly Democratic legislature and a US House Delegation of two Democrats and one Republican. The Democrats there are more socially conservative and Bush won by exploiting social issues and some fears about how environmental reforms would effect jobs in the coal industry. This year a very bad economy gives the Democrats a much better chance.

When you say "Spreading the wealth" I assume you are talking about Obama's plan to fairly tax those making over $250,000. The wealthy in this country have had the government in their pocket the last 8 years and as a result, the middle class has fallen farther and farther behind while the top 1% put fuel in their yachts. The economic strength of our country is dependent upon the existence of the middle class. Minimum wages and unions have helped build our economy, but the economic policies (Trickle-Down) have undermined working people. We have seen our standard of living actually decline for the first time since the Great Depression. If rich people don't like paying fair taxes, they should fuel up their yachts and go elsewhere. If you disagree with me, give Warren Buffet a call - he thinks the McCain (Bush) tax cuts are UNFAIR to working people.

I pray every night that 2008 won't be a reprisal of 2000, but I am afraid it is a possiblity. You watch, Obama will win the popular vote, and somehow, McCain will come out on top. with the polls (gallup--in particular) tightening, watch for Obama to win this election by about 7%. I think his 30 minute TV buy will sway about 2% back to his side....

The reason why McCain is continuing his negative ad's and attacks is because the lead has shrunk and they have nothing else to attribute it to. The problem for McCain is, the polls aren't closing fast enough and alot of early voting is already taking place.

What Obama needs to do is... run the McCain ad that shows McCain the "next president of the US"...

... it's a great WAKE UP call and should dissipate voter complacency
