When counting the expanded electorate of likely voters and registered voters, Obama was up 6pts and 10pts respectively.

Add in the ground game that Obama has generated, and it's nothing but false hopes for a McCain victory. :)

I still believe the majority of the American Public after listening to what his plans would be can not help but link him and George Bush together. What I want to know is where is the money coming from... If Mr. Obama is willing to spend that money on campaign advertising, then he'll win by default...a default based on people, IMHO, too stupid to NOT research the issues and history and rely only on what they've had blasted at them on the radio and TV over and over again. History has already shown that for the most part, that whoever spends the most money on a campaign will win, especially if their name is "Out there". Personally, I have to applaud Senator McCain for still being in the game with a lot less money. (Although the Republican Party should be slapping itself silly for letting it get this one sided.)
Americans are afraid of all the "crisis" that the news seems to be spewing these days( Economic, Iraq, Iran, N. Korea, Trooper Gate, Joe the Plumber's Taxes, Obama's alleged links to terrorists, Mickey Mouse's Incontenence...), due to a short attention span (We should have never gone into Iraq...wait...we were ALREADY IN!?!" or "Who is the current Vice President?" or "What did I have for lunch, day before yesterday?"), and the mass media constantly covering every nano-second of everything, including some putz who's speeding on the wrong side of the street. Plus everyone's snapping at each other over our the least little thing. Use your brain people...research this mess and make your own decisions! Don't just take the spin doctors at face value...too many people are so called experts these days. Just remember...a "Public and Private Sector Sanitation Engineering Specialist" usually means "Plumber". Make your OWN decision, and if a person wants to vote for McCain or Obama...that's their RIGHT! And if you don't honor or respect that right...then maybe we should just recycle our Constitution into T/P.

I can't speak for others but I donated some of that 150 million dollars because of McCain's pick for VP. The way the McCain campaign has been so negative all around is also reason for ordinary people like me to write the check for $50 or $100. With enough of us doing so and with other sources it is easy to see how Obama could get $150 million for his campaign. While I believe he will get less than that in October he has enough to do battle in states that might otherwise have been written off. Don't be surprised at an Obama/Biden Democratic landslide.

What is so amazing about the $150 million month for my next President is that as tough as times are right now, so many people, including myself have contributed the his campaign. You may think that you can't afford to right now, but I say, I can't afford not too. I am so blessed to be around in an era where as tough as economic times are, there is a bright spot in America that promises a better future. I showed up at the Arch in Saint Louis at 8:30 am and I had a wonderful view of Sen. Obama. I was so proud to see him again, I also went to see him in Springfield. I wore an Obama shirt the next day when my husband and I took out children to the pumpkin patch, and it was so nice to have so many people starting conversations with me about Obama and the rally and how proud they are of him. It was different ethnicities and ages. This is where we need to be in America, and not where the other campaign is. They are spewing out racial and devicive language that serves for nothing other than to tear us apart as a nation. I sincerely hope that more prominant republicans step and and speak out about these negative tactics used by the "others" and they are called on their behavior.
One other thing... Why was Lawerence O'Donnell and Joe Scarborogh acting like because Palin did well on SNL that gave her more credibility? I just don't understand that, I mean that is seriously a joke to me. Oh, because she is cuter in person and she has acting skills she has padded her resume'? I am truly befuddled with that one.
