In October the Stock Market lost 21% of it’s total value, on average. Many investments lost significantly more. I hardly think capital gains are THAT big a deal right now. True investors will hold steady. The gamblers may get out; but it is ill-advised unless you need the income for existence. Many see this as a good opportunity to buy – if you truly have faith in capitalism and the ability of the market to recover. Do what you will; but quit trying to ‘scare’ up votes. Halloween’s over.
