Providing aid to beleaguered state and local governments, so that they can sustain essential public services, is important for those who depend on those services; it’s also a way to avoid job losses and limit the depth of the economy’s slump.

Our forebears, whether immigrated or came in shackles to the US have built America, we want our country which we built on solid foundations back.

America won’t be hurting, once we get the ball rolling on health-care and these fronts.

Jordan - the "we" as I read it, was obviously from the Obama camp, and it was apparently in reference to the statement about where the Obamas are looking to have their children attend. Frankly, i have no problem keeping quiet on that out of safety to the children - both the obama's and those at the school they will be attending. Plenty of nutjobs out there that would target innocents like that.
