Interesting you don't mention Minnesota where Al Franken has gained 500+ votes out of the 720 or so he needs to win, and they haven't even started the recount! Al, taking his namesake from Al Gore, has picked up the votes after 'totaling mistakes were made' in three heavily Democratic counties. No 'mistakes' were made anywhere that were a benefit to Republican Norm Coleman. Looks a little hinky, no? I'm sure our cracker jack national press will get to the bottom of this story.

What the hell is wrong with Alaskans? Seriously. He's a CONVICTED FELON! That's a no brainer. Here in Pennsylvania, all a politician has to do is be ACCUSED of some wrong-doing and he will very quickly be shown the door -- both by his/her party, as well as the voters (see: Don Sherwood, PA-10th).

It's sometimes hard to believe the hypocrisy of Republicans. They'll practically accuse Obama of being a terrorist, then they'll vote for a man who is a convicted fellon (blaming the media for his conviction). I have to wonder if hypocrisy is a prerequisite for being a member of the GOP. Of course it could be Silly Sarah stuffing the ballots in AK so that she can slide in to Stevens' seat when he's booted off.

Speaking thus, “The Chambliss campaign also extended invites to GOP stars Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney, Rudy Giuliani and Mike Huckabee." Seriously, if Sarah Palin is a "star" of the GOP, then I doubt if we can expect much in the way of change from them. It seems to me that they're more than willing to stick with the same brand of mean-spirited and divisive politics that cost them so dearly in the first place. Some people just won't get it.

There's some kind of hanky panky going on in Alaska where the vote count is rather depressed considering their Wicked Witch was running for VP. I have no doubts that "Sinner" Sarah has connived her cronies at the election department to lose a bunch of Democratic votes from the absentee ballots. Plus it sure seems to take them bozos a long time to count the absentee ballots. Oh well it's Alaska, the laughing stock state!

I hope that Obama goes to campaign for Martin so he can beat that most despicable "Osama Lover" Chambliss. What that jerk did to triple amputee fellow Vietnam vet Cleland should be revenged.
