And who the hell is Dan Burton? Is he going to stop an appointment that seems almost certain to prevail. I don't know of any of BHO appointments that have been out of line and would have the chance of being voted down!

Dan Burton is the same class act that fathered a child out of wedlock and has a list of questionable ethical issues longer than my arm. Maybe he's concerned he'll be the target of an investigation by the Department of Justice. He certainly wouldn't be the first "holier than thou" right wing crack pot to bite the dust.

It is nice to that partisanship hasn't died yet. It is a good thing that he isn't a senator; otherwise he could vote no on the confirmation hearings. If that is his biggest complaint, then it shows that there is little wrong with Holder.
