Who is actually to blame is water over the bridge; what really counts now is keeping the wheels of the auto industry rolling, patching the potholes, and putting the roadblocks aside in order to assure that the USA does not fall into an even deeper pit due to the loss of millions of auto and feeder industry jobs.
