This is a note for whomever at MSNBC reads the blogs. I have been an avid and loyal viewer for a very long time, but after last night's program, will no longer be tuning into Countdown. The piece with Gov. Palin blabbing away while turkeys are being slaughtered was gratuitous. She has nothing new to say, yet the film went on and on...and on..unlike other stations who chose to only show a brief blurb. Sickening.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

I know that when I sit down on Thursday afternoon to eat with my family and friends, I will be thinking of those who never have enough to eat or a safe place to sleep. I'll be thinking of my children, both present and distant, and how their futures have been enlighteded by the historical election earlier this month. I'm thankful to be living today and that I will see (God willing) the first African American president take the oath of office in less than two months. I'm thankful for the change we will begin to see once that happens. And I'm thankful for the Hope in the hearts of all Americans at this time in history.

Many will be looking in the mirror and talking to themselves during that period of time. Fingers will spasm from withdrawl. People on the street may not be safe without this outlet for the pent up anger to be released. Move safe and carefully when out and about as you may remind one of the normal bloggers of a Palin, Bush, McCain, etc. The looneys will run rampant trying to express their hate and anger. Please reconsider your decision First Read for the sake of our nations safety and welfare. You are doing a great work for our country in providing this emotional outlet for the deranged who frequent this site. They know who I am talking about.
