Which Palin is McCain talking about, Palin the reformer, I know of Palin the politician from Alaska that has no proplem taking money from constituents, for sleeping at home, for flying her family all over and for abuse of power. I personelly dont care if they talk her up for 2012 but get real, the repubs will not let this woman near a camera and microphone as a candidate for pres or vp again. She is unfit for any office, she conned the good people of Alaska with sound bites and talking points. Wont happen in the lower 48,just a few right wing religious nuts. Good christians wont look at her twice. S.C. likes her a lot, but we're not to educated down here.

Why is McCain going on and on about Palin? He should just acknowledge that she was his running mate and leave it at that. I don't think she could have helped him win but she certainly helped him lose. I can't imagine what would be happening now if they had won the campaign.

I feel safe and secure knowing that we finally have an intelligent, thoughtful, decisive PE Obama and the team he is surrounding himself with. He will get us out of the mess that Bush/Cheyney and all their cohorts got us into. What galls me is that they won't even accept responsibility for it. Instead Bush wants to give us a few more kicks in the *ss before he leaves. ex. Land managment deal to open up oil leases in Utah on pristine land (Rachel Maddow show last nite), change the protected species act to allow developement anywhere, uranium mining near the Grand Canyon, and the list goes on. I don't know how he sleeps at nite.

Off topic, but a judge in Fl. today put a big dent in the legislation that denies gay people from adopting. There are lots of kids needing loving homes and it shouldn't matter at all what your sexuality is, there are lots of hetero people who keep procreating that should not be - Palin being one of them.

As a life long liberal, I would be delighted if Palin becomes the future of the GOP. I've never seen someone with such a shallow intellect emerge on the national political scene. Hillary Clinton's 18 million voters loved and respected Hillary Clinton as a smart, strong, well-informed progressive woman who was able to speak with ease on any topic - foriegn or domestic.

Sarah Palin is not smart, not progressive (bring back the wire hanger illegal abortions!) not well informed and is unable to speak with authority on any important issue.
