And how does this explain Obama's endorsement of Blagojevich in 2006? Rod must must have done a heck of job to gain Obama's trust in those four years.

Burris has been nothing more then a political hack, a Chicago Machine Democrat that did the same pay-to-play schemes that all the other Illinois pols are running. In other words, he's the perfect appointment to fill Obama's Senate seat.

Looks like the Washington Post has on its Rose Colored Glasses. Obama did indeed endorse Blagojevich for his second term of Illinois governor. And Blagojevich did indeed endorse Obama when he ran for the Senate in 2004.

Sounds like a good ole boy network for sure out of the Chicago Political Machine. And it sounds like our PE Obama was right in the middle of it if these reports turn out to be true. These are the same type of "old white men" groups you see mentioned on FR quite frequently. The game IS the same, only the names, faces and parties are changed. Can you say Change we need. Laughable to say the least.
