Stimulus is what Americans need with transparceny. Something Bush and Dick Cheney (defacto presidrnt) could and never would boldy do.
One President at the time is true so interjecting at this crucial time would comprise foreign policy. I only hope once PE Obama does take office and takes action that he realizes we need not support and pamper Israel forever. If, we let go many terrorist acts would stop.

I see red every time I red about the huge amount of money we're spending on an unnecessary war!

At this point with all that is going on, and the realization he has to be the president and not get ready to run for the next office, Obama is wishing he did not take office for another 6 months to a year. It's a lot easier to place blame and throw rocks than it is to shoulder to weight of the office of the most important man in the world. His steel spine is hopefully reinforced by Jan 20th. You can see the fear in his face and eyes when fielding questions on foriegn matters. He seemed confident on the campaign when there was no responsibility. Now, honestly, if I can see it, I'm sure our enemies can. Joe Biden promised a test. It's coming fast and Obama has got to step up to the plate and act like our leader to be.

Why couldn't Bush have done this? President Elect Obama seems to be on the right wavelength on this issue so far. No earmarks that is super. Also the oversight is great. We haven't seen much of that in Washington for quite awhile. Obviously, with the current messes we probably should have.

I'm grateful that we will have a president with such high integrity and so-far what I hear and read is a great testiment to what kind of president he will be.
He didn't wait until Jan. 20 to start working, he's been going strong since the day after election. Unfortunately, there are always those few negative people, who refuse to see good in anyone.
