Burris should be seated the sooner the better. We need every Democrat in the Senate we can get so that we can see them make progress against any opposition from the repugnant ones.

As a Democrat, I'm becoming increasingly of the opinion that it's time for Reid to step aside. At the very least he should quit the chest-thumping grandstanding he's been doing lately (and you have to wonder where his balls were when it came time for him to stand up to Bush).

I think in dealing with Reid and Pelosi is where Obama is going to have to show that "spine of steel" Biden talked about.

gee washington hasnt changed and its till politics as usual....Some like to throw there weight around and try make themselves look like a controlling force....You have better things to do...I would think..Or maybe i shouldnt think...Once again because the democrats are now incharge the republicans are realizing that they dont have much say any more...Well you have for the last eight years and look what it got ous...If you cant take the heat get out of the kitchen...As a matter of fact get out of the kitchen and let those who will work to get this country back on its feet in....Some of you Dems and rep are just as bad and continue down that path of a power struggle to obviously create news.....Our grand kids, families will be down this path of distruction for ever because of Washington Politcs as usual, tired of hearing that story also...You have done a good job. Get back to what you were elected to do.
