He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.

He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.

He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

Ron Paul is a representative of Congress from Texas's 14th district. He is currently seeking the Republican party nomination for president.

The Ron Paul Revolution

Ron Paul won your own viewer poll. It is also quite obvious to all of us that Ron Paul is not one of MSNBC's "annointed" candidates. The hypocrisy you show is astonishing. Is MSNBC part of a free press? Nope! You are part of a "machine" press that wants to tell us what to think. And you make it so blatant it would be funny if it weren't so repulsive.

-Read the Patriot Act, and voted against it
-Voted against going to war in Iraq
-Wants to abolish the IRS
-Wants to get rid of the Federal Income Tax

Even today, individual income taxes account for only approximately one-third of federal revenue. Eliminating one-third of the proposed 2007 budget would still leave federal spending at roughly $1.8 trillion – a sum greater than the budget just 6 years ago in 2000! Does anyone seriously believe we could not find ways to cut spending back to 2000 levels?

The Ron Paul Revolution

Ron Paul is a Republican representative from Texas who has never voted to raise taxes nor has he voted for an unbalanced budget. Look this is the guy that will allow us to take our country back from the current administration whom has no interest in the american citizen but only corporations.

Bottom line the government should work for the people not the other way around....wouldn't be a democracy! He is willing to remove the IRS as it is an "ILLEGAL" entity!. Bring back Security to our Borders...correction Bring back the Republic and Security to our borders. For the brain-washed google NAFTA AND CAFTA ... North American Empire...yup it's coming with no say from you and I. Yes RON PAUL is against it! He will bring the troops home...I know we should keep them there until we win...although I don't think GW knows what a good definition of victory is. (Soverign Nation with secuirty, army, and peace 2004 / no car bombs 2006 / less secualr violance 2007.) Most of all he is talking about building a stronger United States. Yea reminds of some GW's propoganda right....right before shipping hundred of thousands of off-shore.

No I don't hate GW besides he's not really in control anyway. Google Rockefeller...predicted 9/11 before it happened 11 months before it did...scare people to create endless war on terror! Not crazy talk...GOOGLE IT!! Watch out Venezuela is next!!

Giuliani attacked him in an attempt to prey on the fears of the American people. Right now I’m going out to my car, removing the Giuliani 08 sticker, and replacing it with Ron Paul.

The Ron Paul Revolution

OMG! Can this be real? I host his campaign web site and traffic is way up, although not as much as after the first debate. Part of that may be due to the later timeslot. It looked staged to me and as soon as the debate ended, Hannity and the other talking heads started talking about cutting Ron from future debates. Now they are interviewing everyone but Ron. I want to let you know that I am absolutely appalled at your misuse of our trust in your misrepresentation of yourself and your views when you ran for election in our district. You are completely aware that you ran on a strong military support stance, you know that we support the anti-terrorism war in Iraq, and you know that you are a charlatan in running under the cloak of strong conservative values. Now you embarrass us with you diatribes against our men and women's efforts on national television. Shame on you and shame on your dishonesty to your constituents.

I will work will all of my energy to recall your election to office on the grounds of misrepresentation and no confidence.

I am embarrassed that you are from the State of Texas.

He is a little more like that gravel fool on the democrat side, but at least he tells you the way it is. I disagree with him on Iraq, but other then that, he would make a good president. If the democrats are still in power if he gets elected, I think they will shut him down myself. I remember when he was running for congress against some liberal moron named Sneary. The folksy voice on the radio would tell everyone what this liberal moron's position would be and how he would help destroy america. At the end of the ad, you would hear "there's something lerry about that fellow sneary". Of course Ron Paul won hands down. He is a good man, but there is something gravel-esque about him and that is why he probably won't win. Still, it would be fun if he was running against Obama and he tried to do an ad like he did earlier, just have to find something to rhyme with Obama.

The Ron Paul Revolution

Paul is the ONLY consistently coherent, constitutionally-based candidate in the race. He spoke the truth, and those who twisted his words can be found throughout big media. Listen to the entire set of debates if you want to know how threatened FOX and big reporters - as well as the favored candidates are - by Ron Paul. They want to silence him or freeze him out, or, failing that, mischaracterize him.
Take a good look at Ron Paul. Listen to the man. Then ask yourself: what sort of person would be threatened by this man? A crook? A monster? A war profiteer? Someone who gets in the way of reindustrializing the United States? Oh. Yeah.

He should be investigated and knew in advance, with the rest of the White House, as the director of the Emergency Management Center and part of the false flag attack to instigate the War on Terror. He is a crook!! Just like Cheney who ordered the stand-down order essentially allowing the planes to hit the WTC. Building 7 housed the Secret Service, CIA, DoD, etc... and fell in its own footprint and wasn't even hit by a plane and had small fires that (using the fireman's own words - could be knocked down with two lines) were containable FALSE FLAG!!! Our being over there in the first place for decades on end and our pro-Isreal AIPAC guided allegiance to them are the source of all of our woes when it comes to the Middle East. That the U.S. government has grown into a self serving monstrosity that the founding fathers warned us it would try to do. I thought I was alone because the media told me I was alone. But after the first post debate polling and the polling for last night's debate, as well as all the positive comments on the forums all across the internet, it's irrefutable that I am indeed not alone. And as a father, an uncle, and a grandfather, that realization nearly brings a tear to my eye for the new hope that it's possible that future generations of America will not be required to give up 80% of their production to pay for the current mistakes and (if we were to keep proceeding the way we are) future mistakes.
As for my opinion of the big media outlets now... Let's just say I keep picturing that Iraqi guy being broadcast during the Iraqi invasion saying "There are no U.S. troops in Baghdad." while it was obvious there were.
I just hope this support turns into actual votes (or it's all for naught), so that no matter how much the MSM machine says "There is no support for Ron Paul." that "We The People" will invade and occupy Washington D.C. again.

It's obvious Rudy needs to do a little reading. Although I don't agree with the commission report 100% as they left out a lot of critical evidence we can base some of the facts Dr. Ron Paul presented last night on that report. Looks like Rudy needs to do some reading...I'm sure that commission report is collecting dust from being used as paper weight.

The 9-11 Commission report detailed how bin Laden had, in 1996, issued "his self-styled fatwa calling on Muslims to drive American soldiers out of Saudi Arabia" and identified that declaration and another in 1998 as part of "a long series" of statements objecting to U.S. military interventions in his native Saudi Arabia in particular and the Middle East in general. Statements from bin Laden and those associated with him prior to 9-11 consistently expressed anger with the U.S. military presence on the Arabian Peninsula, U.S. aggression against the Iraqi people and U.S. support of Israel.

The 9-11 Commission based its assessments on testimony from experts on terrorism and the Middle East. Asked about the motivations of the terrorists, FBI Special Agent James Fitzgerald told the commission: "I believe they feel a sense of outrage against the United States. They identify with the Palestinian problem, they identify with people who oppose repressive regimes, and I believe they tend to focus their anger on the United States."

Fitzgerald's was not a lonely voice in the intelligence community.

Michael Scheuer, the former Central Intelligence Agency specialist on bin Laden and al-Qaeda, has objected to simplistic suggestions by President Bush and others that terrorists are motivated by an ill-defined irrational hatred of the United States. "The politicians really are at great fault for not squaring with the American people," Scheuer said in a CNN interview. "We're being attacked for what we do in the Islamic world, not for who we are or what we believe in or how we live. And there's a huge burden of guilt to be laid at Mr. Bush, Mr. Clinton, both parties for simply lying to the American people."

Alas, there will be no stopping this Ron Paul Revolution. Not Ron Paul's use of facts about the causes of 9/11, not Giuliani's appeal to brute emotionalism, not a media blackout, nothing!

The more people hear Ron Paul's honest, sincere and educated position, the more aware people become of the daily dose of deception mainstream media and establishment politicians feed them. The contrast between Ron Paul and all the others makes us immediately and painfully sense how we have been neglected, mislead and sold out for many years.

And this may be the true cause of why he is ignored: to give this man exposure, to any audience, is to enlighten them, in the very least through intelligent debate.

If your goal is to protect the interests of establishment media, you are right to be afraid of giving him exposure.

But, if your goal is true journalism, and I have to believe there are some of you over there who want to shed the oppressive shackles of your conscience-less capitalist keepers, then you will give some effort and fair play to this man who represents so many freedom loving Americans.

Do you read the comments posted on your site? Do you believe that only Ron Paul supporters have computers and are capable of posting? I'm old enough to remember a time when reporters went after news. Is it not news that a dark horse candidate resonates enough with the American public to stir up such energy. Search the Internet, a place where communication is not controlled, and you will hear people crying out for change. The voice of that change is Ron Paul's. Wake up and be relevant before corporate media news dies.

The Ron Paul Revolution

Go Dr. No!

The Ron Paul Revolution

Ron Paul is the only one who can save this country - period. Even rarer these political days can a candidate for the Presidency dream of exposing oneself to the penetrating examination of the age old Biblical principal "by their fruit you shall now them".

I urge each and every American to examine clearly without bias, judgments, preconceptions Ron Paul's record from this Law of all Law's litmus test.

ALL PRESS SHOULD TAKE NOTE: JFK his speech he gave at a National Press Convention and I pull from his speech:

" The very word secrecy is repugnant in a free and open society, and we are as a people, inherently and historically, opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago, that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society, by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in ensuring the survival of our Nation, if our Traditions do not survive with it and there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment.

That I do not intend to permit to the extent that its in my control and no official of my administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press of the public the facts they deserve to now."

Anyone who supports Ron Paul, please be sure you are registered to vote in the primaries. Learn where and when your primaries are and make sure you are eligible to vote in them. Check the dates as the time gets closer, as many states are pushing theirs up earlier and earlier (the latest I heard is that Florida may well hold theirs as early as January '08!). This is, IMO, an attempt to not only keep people from showing up because they aren't aware, but also to keep people from learning more about candidates that don't already have household names. Be vigilant. Vote in primaries and encourage everyone you know to do the same.

The Ron Paul Revolution

Tell your friends, tell your family, let them know Ron Paul is coming. Ron Paul is a man who has kept the faith with the nation's founders, and he will lead America and her people back into peace and prosperity applying constitutional constraints for federal government of limited jurisdiction and scope. No other candidate has shown they have a clue that this is the key to re-gaining our free republic, our independence from entanglements, our freedom to pursue life, liberty and happiness outside the corporate and state predations on our people. They come from the extreme East to the extreme West (from Puerto Rico to Hawaii, where Republicans are an endangered species)--from the Northern Midwest to the South Central U.S. (from Minnesota to South Texas). They come from the North Northeast to the South Southeast (from New Hampshire to Miami, Florida). And, they come from the North Northwest to the South Southwest (from Washington State to Arizona).

Then, note the numerous comments from self-identified Liberals who will be registering as Republicans for the first times in their lives and from Republicans who were disenchanted and leaving the party, and from the obvious Libertarians.

Congressman Paul, because of his integrity, his character based on principle, his rational grasp of Middle Eastern affairs, and his respect for the Constitution, is attracting the support of people who don't even agree with him on some important issues.

His honesty and unwavering devotion to the truth is apparent even to the casual viewer or listener. I've seen it happen, time and time again. A person catches a glimpse or hears a bit of a comment and instantly is drawn to this man's light, even foreigners who end up joyfully pledging their support both actively and financially. They, too, are illumined by HOPE for the first time in a long, long time.

I, personally, feel that at long last, I finally have a real choice. I no longer have to choose between the corporate selected nominees for the two parties, between Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum. Recent activity by our Congress should make the analogy clear.

I want to ask you? When will someone in the mainstream media, besides Lou Dobbs, have the guts to stop following the immoral, profit-based dictates of your corporate dictators and refuse to act as slaves in suppressing media attention to the REVOLUTION which Dr. Paul is inspiring. Isn't a revolution at the ballot box to be preferred over a violent revolution? Before Dr. Paul came on the horizon, I could see anger overtaking apathy in this country. I implore you to find some backbone and become honest journalists. Let's take back our country!! Viva the New America! Funny how on your page "Rate the Candidates" the blog doesn't work. How blind do you think we people are out here? Are you afraid several thousand people are going the blog the fact that even though Ron Paul has kicked everyone's butt in all the polls? Or that the main stream media can't resign themselves to the fact that he is a force to be reckoned with. (A force the founders of this Country would be proud of) If you guys would actually take the time to listen to what he has to say, you just might find that what he has to say just might save this country. I don't know what it is about you people in the media but "OUR" Country is heading into the toilet and it is obvious that the only thing the media cares about anymore is how much money they can get from the candidates.

The media elites are doing the same. Ron Paul is fighting for ALL Americans. He uses the Constitution as his base and everyone thinks that is obsurd! WHY? Because he feels that the I.R.S and the Federal Reserve should be abolished and so do all Americans. When I herd what happened to the boxer Joe Lewis on Freedom to Fasicm.com it tore my heart out to think he (Joe Lewis) gave his winnings for the fight he won to the veterans and the I.R.S. charged him with interest on the money he won yet never touched. They took all of his kid’s trust funds and when his mother died they even took the $600.00 dollars that the government issued his mom!!! Those are some sick people. RON PAUL is for all Americans and if we don’t do all we can do to have him elected then shame on us. The I.R.S and the Bankers of the Federal Reserve will do all they can do to keep him out of the race because their money and power is in jeporty. We better WAKE UP NOW. RONPAUL2008.com watch the videos of the debates and make your own mind up. Do you want a truly FREE UNITED STATES or police states under Guiana (which by the way let 9/11 happen) cross dressing 3-timed divorced candidate who has no idea on foreign police? Do your homework before you vote.It may be the last time you get the chance.

The Ron Paul Revolution

My fellow Citizens of the United States of America: I am a 37-year old hard-working man, faithful husband of 10 years, and proud father of two young children. We- my family- consider ourselves pretty current as far as politics go. My family did NOT need MSNBC or CNN or ABC or FOX to tell us who had "The Right Stuff." We already knew his name years ago from watching CSPAN and paying attention to what was going on in our House of Representatives. That name was, and remains: Ron Paul!

Our own extended family's support of Dr. Ron Paul is from our largely middle-class to upper-middle-class base (with a few young "working poor" families and a few older, "empty nest" millionaires tossed in), and we also claim 37 War Veterans amongst us: WWI, WWII, Korean Conflict, Vietnam, Gulf War, and this *BS* Iraq war. ARMY, Marines, Air Force, NAVY, Foreign Legion, CIA... our family has/HAD them all.

Congressman Ron Paul has been a "CSPAN Hero" to me and my extended family here in NH and CT for years. We were absolutely delighted when he announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination. We didn't care which party's nomination he was running for, though, as his message and principles FAR supercede the blanket "party affiliation" which many U.S. citizens tend to cling to in election years.

Why do they do that? Is it really the TV? Do they leave their TV on a certain channel, and only pay attention to the *LOUD* news that those particular channels pipe into their homes? Do citizens of the U.S. not watch CSPAN- even from time to time- to see what is happening within our government?

Upon viewing the Old-School-Media coverage of these "debates," (and I'll tell ya- that's a misnomer, as I was THERE at St. Anselm's in NH and I watched how they EXCLUDED Congressman Ron Paul from actually debating!) I had to wonder if the whole shebang wasn't just one more "reality-superstar" program. I honestly thought the Old-School-Media coverage of the NH event was *that* CANNED, PLANNED AND CONTRIVED.

Apparently MSNBC, FOX and CNN don't have enough faith in the citizens of the United States of America to allow them to make their own decisions regarding the presidential nominee who would BEST suit their interests, given the Old-School-Media reports like this one.  After all, Ron Paul supporters are *only* a handful of geek/nerd internet techie people who can circumvent the "one person/one vote" nature of internet polls.  Right?  {FALSE}

All those videos on YouTube.com  & Google depicting HUGE crowds of Ron Paul supporters in New Hampshire, Iowa, Texas, Nevada, Florida, and more recently in California (Mountain View- Google), are just the same handful of "internet spammers," who voted their consciences in these online polls, right?  {FALSE}

Sean Hannity and all the other bloated talking heads who espouse the same old, tired crap regarding Ron Paul's "Long-Shot" campaign and Ron Paul's "internet-only" supporters- they make me sick. No, they make me laugh. NO, they make me ASHAMED to be a United States Citizen, because of the tripe they broadcast day in, day out. I am ashamed that my own neighbors, friends, and even a few of my family members might believe this Old-School-Media BS, JUST BECAUSE it's what's on their home TV during their normal, daily lives.

Congressman Ron Paul has a 30-year history of principled, Constitutionally-correct voting in our House of Representatives. Please go to www.c-span.org and enter "Ron Paul" in their video search box. The ranks were as follows: Paul 33%, Huckabee 18%, Giuliani 15%, McCain 14%, Romney 12% (that's FIFTH place if you weren't counting). Instead of retracting their smears from last night, they added lies to it.

Here is the proof of the lies, in order:
last night (9/5)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUxQadgSkoA
today (9/6)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pz7XsSl3wIg

Here's the image of a tv screen as the ORIGINAL REAL results were posted on foxnews.com. Note that the candidates are not listed in any particular order, making it very difficult to identify the winner.

http://s57.photobucket.com/albums/g206/standoutgirl5/Ron%20Paul%202008/?action=view&current=foxnewsdebatetextpollresults2.jpg

I just came across another lie of foxnews; this time it was the Iowa straw poll. Maybe Im the only one who didn't know. Foxnews cut Tancredo (4th place) and Paul (5th place) out of the results ALL TOGETHER.
