Clinton was tanking in the approval numbers in the fall of 1993. They're hoping health care creates a similar defeat, and gives them some momentum for 2010. Obama will go into Hampton Roads, Richmond, and NoVa as a popular president unlike Clinton. He'll do the same in NJ for Corzine.
