I sure like that President Obama is supporting Corzine in New Jersey, must drive no joe, no bo, no job crazy. Sounds like repugnant one Christie has some explaining to do about those disgusting bushwhacker no-bid contracts, hopefully he'll be hauled into court and prosecuted for illegal dealings.

Repugnant one McConnell is just desperate so that's why he has to go on tv so soon. Just love the smell of desperate evil elephants early in the morning.

The Jersey republicans have already began bombarding us with attack ads against Corzine, regurgitating the same old talking points. I find it to be a bit unnecessary since the GOP already has its best chance at the Jersey state house in years. It's strange. Even when the GOP is in the better position, they just can't help alienating voters by trying to tear down their opponents.

A word of caution to McConnell, in Michigan's last gubernatorial election Dick Devoss of Amway fame spent tons of money on Advertising more than a year before the election. The results he lost by a large margin. For those of you who think if he had been elected Michigan wouldn't be in such bad shape now think again. It would be the same if McCain had been elected, we'd all be in up to our knees by now.

Christie's reputation as being clean has now been challenged because of the question of handing no bid contracts to people he knows to over see agreements made with white colar criminals.

Jawillie is correct that the Republicans are buying ads against Corzine. The ads fail to mention a few things. One of which is that the recession and bank scandles his NJ hard because of many of the financial jog disappeared. No one governor can make jobs appear in the state; they can make businesses want to locate in NJ though. Corzine has also been dealing with the problem that has been created by previous governors of both parties -- a mounting set of mistakes in making budgets. It isn't easy to correct that in one term with a recession.
