Another Romeny flip flop ? He was for women's rights and aginst farm subsidies, before. Now, he's against women's rights and for farm subsidies. Acutally, fram subsidies would be OK if they were for "family farms" and not corporate agriculture. Is that possible to give only to family farms ? What are family farms, nowadays? The other big problems are "monocropping" (but, who can convince farmers to rotate crops ?), an over reliance on petroleum based fertilizers and "frankenfoods" controlled by mega-corporations. There's plenty of agricultural issues to discuss, but don't expect the politicians (Repub or Demo) to discuss anything but bumper sticker slogans..... Ask them about immigrant farm workers and "amnesty" in Iowa......

Brownback hits Romney on agriculture

In my opinion, Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who advocates changing the direction that this country is going.
