Somebody needs to remind Obama and Clinton that La Raza means "The Race" and they want to take over America, not assimilate. Both were at LaRaza rallies I am sure promising to sell out America to illegal aliens even better than George Bush and Ted Kennedy are trying to do. Somebody needs to remind ALL of them that this is America and we are SUPPOSED to be a land of laws and not a land that turns our head and makes special provisions for illegal aliens who ARE lawbreakers and their anchor babies that WE, the American taxpayer are having to support so big business can get richer off the the cheap illegal labor that has eroded our wages and will not stop as long we allow illegal aliens to stroll across the border and work for wages we can't live on. We don't put 30 people in a 3 BR house - there are LAWS that don't allow US to get by with that even if we could. Again, the law seems to be only for citizens of the US and not for illegal aliens who are lawbreakers by just BEING here. What kind of leaders have we allowed to go to DC and shove this state of our union down our throats. Not surprisingly the moderators never seem to get that question on the floor for the Dems. Isn't that interesting? Maybe the media is for amnesty for illegals and so they won't put the issue out. Maybe the candidates are afraid of being questioned on that issue so that Americans can see the sell out they are doing to go after Hispanic votes. Whose America is this anyway? illegal aliens or American citizens? Who do our reps work for -- Mexico or America? Sure is hard to tell these days.

Such a different tone between these two ads...

Democrat or Republican, Bill Clinton or Ronald Reagan, a positive tone and friendliness are the way to go. Even George W. was considered a guy you would drink a beer with.

This Romney ad fights for a deteriorating base, which I can understand, but honestly I was expecting Nicholas Cage to come flying through a glass window in SWAT gear. Exaggeration, but you get the idea.

jjGA, why is the current administration not already enforcing the immigration laws? They have made a couple of high profile raids and then nothing. I do not think they want to spend any money for enforcement. If closing the mexican border is necessary for national security, why do we ignore the Canadian border , when the 911 hi-jackers crossed over from Canada? Musch Limbo is not giving you the answers or the questions is he?

I don't know how accurate the ARG numbers are, but that one poll at least is showing nice movement for Obama in New Hampshire and South Carolina.

He's tied in New Hampshire and has a small lead in SC. I wouldn't get too excited yet, though, as this is only one poll and I don't think ARG has a great reputation. Plus Obama had a great week, and sometimes when that happens the polls jump and then settle back a little - kind of like a mini-convention effect. Still its a positive indicator in those two states.

But... ARG also shows data for Iowa, where Obama did gain a couple points, but is still well behind. Hopefully this ad buy will get things moving there, too.

Edwards took a big dip in this Iowa ARG poll. Clinton seems to be strong there - maybe her bought-n-paid-for surrogate still carries some weight.

Will be interesting to see if other polls are showing a little movement, too. And if so, will be interesting to see how much Bill Clinton seems to be able to contain the bleeding. The Obama campaign ought to be paying his airfare for more trips abroad, lol.

For those in the know, Obama is taking a bit of a dig at Hillary Clinton. She not only takes PAC money for her campaign but but is also enriched by Bill Clinton's $100,000 to $400,000 speaking fees in front of PACs and lobby groups. Since 2000, Bill Clinton has been paid $41 million by pretty much every lobby group that you can imagine.

$150,000 from "America's Health Insurance Plans" which is a lobby group for the health insurance company. $150,000 from the "American council of Shopping Centers", another $150,000 from "American Dairy/Dely",and $150,000 from the "National Multi Family council". He charged the "Woman's International Zionist Organization (WIZO)" $125,000 to say "I would die for Israel." This is in addition to collecting big bucks from Chinese companies who Hillary offered tariff reduction bills for, computer companies who will make a lot from the rural internet project, Novo Nordisk who will make money from her proposed bills for diabetes screening funds, and on and on and on.

Check out the article "Clinton's Golden Voice" in the Washington Post. This is all very well documented in Hillary's financial reports (although contributions to Bill's "foundation" do not have to be reported, nor does the millions that he has made from the company who does CNNs polling.) I presume that her reports are accurate now, her first campaign director was indicted for lying on the first batch of them (from her Senate campaign.)
