Love the "Mores of Mayberry" comment. I have said all along that Giuliani had to be the worst mayor I have ever known and I am New York City born and bred and lived most of my life there. He made the city "safe" for a happy family from Iowa and turned it into an out post of Disneyland in the North, thereby destroying all the character of the city and making it boring, boring, boring. If I want to expeerience excitement, charm, interest and maybe a little vicarious danger I would go to New York City as it was before Giuliani; if I want to experience what it is today I can just go to Omaha. Once again thanks for "Mores of Matberry."

Jerry - I think all the right wing conservatives of your party care strongley about abortion.
It is not that big of an issue for me (never had the need for one, therefore never had one and I am very blessed to have lived under these circumstances), however it is an issue the republican right seem to go off on at every stop. I am a take a ticket take a child at the adoption program person myself. If you really want to adopt a child then take whatever comes out of the delivery room (no special order, poor "no children of my own" me so I get to adopt the blond haired blue eyed baby boy to make up for my inability to have a child situations should be allowed). The only assurance my husband and I had when we went to the hospital that we would be brining home a child of our race. We did not know if we had a boy or a girl or a totally healthy and complete child, but we knew we were gonna take that child home and love it and raise it to the best of our ability. I think adoption is a wonderful thing, but these choose my child adoptions have to stop, especially if you want to outlaw abortion. One thing that most folks don't realize, if you choose to carry your unhealthy child to term it may very well outlive you - the parent and caregiver. Who takes care of this unhealthy adult after the parents are dead and gone? That would be your tax dollar, Jerry, and unless I misunderstand your posts you don't want your money to go for those programs. So, waht are you gonna do with them?
That being said I would prefer the government stay out of my very private reproduction system.

Huckabee should be thanking his stars for Romney in scaring off all the other "frontrunners" as he'd be stuck in neutral with the rest of the bottom feeders. There's little doubt he's likeable and has been a governor, which are two feathers in his cap. But he pails in comparison to Mitt and Rudy as far as competence goes. We'll see if he gains traction and takes some voters away from Fred. Fred is still running right? Somebody give him a wake-up call, he has way too many naps.

Jerry and Rudy meet secretly for drinks and then they go to Jerrys and dress up in women clothes and makeup. Its all very innocent of course. Rudy is Jerrys pick for president cause they can relate. I heard once that nasty little Judy caught them and spanked both of them-sent Jerry home and Rudy to bed early.
