In my opinion, John Edwards deserves all union support for his efforts to try and lift people up out of low paying jobs to one with higher wages and benefits. Kudo's to Iowa SEIU for this endorsement, and may all other unions do the same.

THIS MAN with his wife Elizabeth by his side is so very heart-warming and most certainly DESERVES this support. Ever since I heard Chuck Todd on Hardball after the last debate say that "the people in D.C. hate him" I knew WHY!! Edwards may not be able to accomplish everything he would like, but his campaign has the MOST populist message. And I'm sure this is WHY the D.C. Elites, Lobbyists, Corporatists and THE DLC don't want him to win. But they have forgotten about "we the people" and John Edwards has not!
I can't express how very much I think he's grown since 2004, and truly would be the BEST choice for America. It IS so very SAD that MSM has shoved Hillary Clinton on a once great Democratic Party, so much so that I can not in good concience vote for her even IF she gets the nod! And I'm one of those women she's supposed to have so much support from. I know many women who have turned against her.

The Iowa SEIU knows John Edwards is FOR unions and the middle class and will keep his word. The anti-union corporate media knows it too!! Look for Hillary's campaign to circulate more rumors about Edwards - via the Clintons' close friend who owns the National Enquirer.

Obviously, Edwards track record in ALWAYS rejecting donations from DC lobbyists and moneyed interest played a HUGE role in this decision - since Obama's political career was funded by moneyed interest - until Feb. 07 - and Hillary is the moneyed interests girl!

This is great news! So many of us in Iowa know that

i drive through the whole state of iowa daily north and south on the avenue of the saints.

4 years ago the political signs were overwhelmingly republican.

now they are democratic.

If anyone deserves a union endorsement, it's John Edwards.
John Edwards is the most pro-union candidate in the race.
Let's hope the SEIU will put their resources behind John Edwrds in Iowa and NH.
Wouldn't it be great if it was union backing that made the difference in both primaries.
Unions have got to start rewarding their friends and shunning their adversaries.
NAFTA, 'free trade' (sic), WTO and outsourcing are all union issues that have been ignored by the Democrats, especially Hillary.
Hillary supports NAFTA, 'free trade' and outsourcing, why support her ?
