I wonder what the calculated risk was for Obama not to vote on the Iran resolution a couple weeks ago. Say what you want about Hillary, at least she has the guts to vote on a resolution and not fear what people will say. The same with Biden and Dodd. At least they voted Obama. The excuse that he was campaigning is ridiculous, because Hillary, Biden and Dodd were campaigning too and some how found a way to get back to DC to vote.

The new poll shows that the voters are warming up to Hillary once they find out more about her and realize the right wing hit machine is just spewing the same lies from 1993-1999. The fact that Obama and Edwards are now trying to repeat the same lies and talking points of the republicans is just sad. Instead of telling us what they would do, they now just bash hillary every chance they get. Hillary remains above the hate and just keeps telling the people what she will do as President. That is why she is crushing these guys in the latest poll.

I know the Edwards and Obama people will jump on the poll and say you can't believe the polls, but each time a new poll comes out Hillary gets stronger. If they didn't believe the polls, then Edwards and Obama would not be attacking her at every turn.

Next October, Bill Clinton will win the Nobel Peace Prize for his Global Initiative and next November, Hillary will be our next President. All of you Hillary haters will have to deal with it. If you're a Democrat and you say you wont vote for Clinton no matter what, then please change your registration to something other than a Democrat. We don't want you. Once she gets the nomination, all Democrats need to come together and support our nominee and I would say that for any of the democratic candidates.

If I had a recording from my critics--legal or not legal--I would listen to it. I don't think it's a bad thing to do, it's human and smart. I think these accusations can only have base if Hillary can be tied to the obtaining of the illegal recording. They can't do that, so that story should be moot.

I hardly think that warrants a headline of B. Obama targets Bill? Did he mention the Clinton's by name? Anyway, I think it is another example of B. Obama borrowing from J. Edwards who has been talking about no triangulation for a long time. Obama's not good at being critical of his opponents (which I don't feel is a bad thing), which Edwards is better--not malicious, but better. But as Iowa approaches, he is using those strategies to try to set him apart from Clinton.

For what it's worth, I was at the Obama fundraiser in London last night - far from being secretive it was open to any American voter who could pay $100 (or $50 for students) as well as the high dollar donors. And Michelle did an advance interview to a major UK paper. But there was a large-ish scrum of press hanging around outside shoving cameras in all of our faces - it was pretty intimidating.

Michelle gave what I am told is her standard stump speech then answered some questions - the most interesting of which was when she was asked about the kind of first lady she wants to be and she talked about the difficulties of being a professional woman, how society tells women to reach for the stars but then leaves them to fend for themselves without childcare or decent public schools. She was very heartfelt and down-to-earth but not at all controversial (in fact, Hillary was talking about some of the same things in her book It Takes a Village, though her first pass at the White House doesn't seem to have fixed any of those problems).

But again "I want african american community to feel when I am president, it's another Clinton presidency". So it's Bill Clinton's 3rd term with Hillary on front? She votes part of an Iranian army as terrorist. And then she is preparing for diplomacy or she does not know how Iran operates. Well if you don't know Hillary, how do you know calling Iran's IRG will help you advance diplomacy with them. On that same ground, each and every country can call US army same for invading or occupying Iraq for 5 years. But I guess people know that US Army is just carrying order of civilian leadership. I also was upset that Obama missed the vote on Iran, only to learn that he was in Congress when the vote was originally supposed to happen. Reid postponed the vote without giving a future date. Conveniently, when Obama was away campaigning, Reid brought the vote up, not giving Obama enough time to get back. Instead, Obama gave his opinion that he would have voted NO if he could have been there. It's pretty well known that Reid and Hillary Clinton are good friends. Convenient no? Anyway, I don't think it's fair to criticize Obama when he did everything he could to be there to vote and let America know where he stands. I think Sen. Obama's comments about "triangulation," "old experience" and who is the "most calculating" politician are the kind of thing that is too subtle to register with most of the public. Once AGAIN, Obama WAS there for the vote, but the vote was cancelled by Sen. Reid for the week. But when Hillary arrived the vote was taken with Obama ( who was enroute to New Hampshire) only 1 hour to get there.

If Hillary Clinton gets the nomination she should put Barak Obama on the ticket as her VP running mate. What I find sad is that the democratic party has been making the same mistake in nominating a candidate for almost 30 years and keeps doing the same thing over and over.
I have had to decide on whether to vote or stay home because my party gave us: Mondale, Dukakus, Kerry, ect. All boring, establishment, stale old same old. Time and again and now I find no one has yet figured out you cannot possibly keep nominating these same failed establishments types without any personal likability and expect to win.
We will never win until we stop picking the same type over and over. Just changing gender is not going to help. She is still stale old establishment with the same stale old failed cw thinking and totally lacking in any likability at all.
It's time to wake up from this '1984' ad type of drone thinking and start nominating people who can win.
Barack Obama is exciting, liked by people across the spectrum, highly intelligent, has excellent judgment, takes real stands on the issues and drives the traditional media insane with his repudiation of the stale cw and old tired thinking and definitely not being part of the washington establishment(that alone is enough to nominate him).

Bill Clinton has been Hillary's shill for some time now and as such has been aimed numerous not so subtle jabs at Obama. In fact, it is doubtful Hillary would be running for President, or even in the Senate, if it were not for her marriage to Bill.
