I don't like Romney, would never vote for him, but as a U of I alum, and a die hard Hawkeye fan I have no problem with a candidate from another state saying he's cheering for both teams, why pick a side? Why would he care about the Hawks or the clones? Even local politicians, who didn't graduate from either school will claim to be supporting both schools. In this issue Romney's on solid ground.

Mitt has a LOT to learn about Iowa Football, for one thing, Cheering for a tie is ANATHEMA. The State team beat the Hawks, which may or may not have been an upset, to win that part of the Mythical State Champoinship, but they were whipped by the University of Northern Iowa Panthers who have claimed the Title. The Hawks were lucky they didn't have to play UNI this year. The Clones and the Hawks may have more students, but UNI has the "Invisible Grail". Here's hopin' they win the FCS! Go Cats!
