I'm not a republican or a democrat but I do know this.

Steel buildings do not collapse from being hit by a plane. It has never happened. In fact, those buildings were designed to withstand such an event AND THEY DID.

FACT: Steel burns at a degree higher than fire

FACT: There were explosions in the SUB-BASEMENT of those buildings before they fell. The windows of the first floor lobby were blown out. This is on video and several witnesses heard those explosions and saw the damage prior to the buildings falling.

FACT: Security systems were shut down the weekend prior to 9/11 for "repair".

FACT: A few workers who were working the weekend prior to 9/11 heard strange noises coming from the reinforced floors.

FACT: The last name of the person who was head of security at that time was BUSH. Yes, a relative of the president.

FACT: Building 7 fell all by itself. There was information in there the government never wanted revealed to the American public.

Not a fact, but my strong opinion, those buildings fell due to a controlled demolition.

Not everything is what it appears to be. You only get the story big media presents.

I did watch an excellent presentation a few months ago on c-span that had physicists and professors addressing your same issues. Really, even in this article he still cannot scientificaly address any claims of the truth movement. All attempts to shore up the governments official story of "pancake-collapse" have been disastrous. Popular Mechanics has failed. NIST has failed. An internal standards review by a NIST employee just criticized NIST's own official report of the collapse of the Twin Towers saying did not adhere even to the simplest of scientific standards nor could its results be reproduced experimentally.

1. Towers 1 and 2 were 207 feet across. Using that figure for comparison, watch videos of the towers collapsing. In particular, watch the size of the dust clouds. You can see the concrete is not collapsing---it is being pulverized to dust particles, right from the very top. Also watch the steel pieces. There are huge steel beams being blasted out hundreds of feet.
2. WTC7 was not hit by a plane. It fell straight down in under 7 seconds. It did no damage to the buildings on either side. The CIA, the FBI, the Secret Service, the SEC and Mayor Giuliani's emergency bunker were in that building. The collapse of this building was not mentioned in the 9/11 Commission report. FACT: Buildings do not demolish themselves.
3. Go to Google Images. Search Pentagon 9/11. Find the plane. Find a wing, find the tail, find a piece of a wing or the tail, find an engine (one that fits the supposed aircraft...), where's a body, where's a piece of luggage, where's the debris? How did that guy not hit the ground? He must've been one hell of a pilot! (In one of the news videos of that morning, there's a line of men covering the ground at the Pentagon, slowly walking side-by-side in a line, hunched over and scouring the ground. What are they looking for? DNA?)
4. Now google Shanksville 9/11. Where's the plane? Show me one body, one piece of luggage, one piece of the tail or wing.
5. 503 first-responders accounts were taken by a captain of the NY Fire Department in the weeks following 9/11. Many of the accounts of the firemen, policemen and emergency medical techs mention bombs and explosions going off in lower levels. All of the accounts were left out of the 9/11 Commission report.

There are many more unanswered questions, important questions, way too many for America to let this go. The actions of that day carried us into Afghanistan, then Iraq, and now we're preparing to attack Iran---and it all started with those "Islamofascists" that supposedly attacked us on 9/11.
