He latter went out to say Oh all that earlier talk about taxes was joke?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I guess you mean the court order to fund education.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;First, such an order was illegal. &amp;nbsp;A jduge cannot order the raising of taxes. &amp;nbsp;He could rule the government was failing in its duties. &amp;nbsp;But any remedy would be up to the elected officials.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So Huckabee has a sworn duty as Governor to the state constitution to opppose this illegal order.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And of course the real way to pay for education was to cut spending elsewere. &amp;nbsp;Something Huckabee did not try to do.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As well as to cut out waste in education spending.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Which he did not even try to do.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Further, he raised taxes every year as governor not just that year.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Its just a great spot to use since he says with own mouth that he likes to raise every kind of tax!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
