I've stated before and will say again that we all "flip-flop." Meaning that we change our minds, thats our nature as human beings.
Politics is about getting others to change their minds, as well as changing your mind to a "better view" if the argument is compelling enough. So far, Romney has demonstrated that he will change his mind IF the argument is compelling. That is attractive in a candidate. It means they don't have such a large ego that the only way they see things is one way (their way, the right way). They are open to expert advisement.
No one person alone can run this country, nor should they. They should be open to obtaining as many differing views on a topic as possible and then making a decision based upon that information. Romney appears to be open to this (as well as several other candidates). So NO, Romney is not a flip-flop in my mind, and by reading other posts I think others might agree.

Mitt ad hits McCain on immigration

HMT-MI, working through problems and coming up with the right solutions isn't flip flopping. However, he has been painted as so, wrongly so, but it is something that he'll need to overcome.

In all actuality, if you look at his record as Governor vs. the other candidates record, you will see someone who is consistently conservative when it comes to getting things done. And he gets things done! Turned around the state from record deficits, turned around the olympics from near bankruptcy, turned around countless other businesses from near bankruptcy. Do you see the trend here?

If there ever was a time in the history of America where we need someone who can turn things around for us, now is the time. Mitt is the man.

Mitt ad hits McCain on immigration

If I were running for President I would seriously blow off Iowa and New Hampshire for they are just of their minds, on the one hand you have Iowans ready to anoint a FOOL from Arkansas and to be honest I can't tell the difference in whether he's running for President or Preacher of the United States. Then on the other you have New Hampshire residents ready support a man who was ready willing and able to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, they themselves were against it and made the calls to his and other Senators offices, now they're just going to abandon that?..

Romney is The only one left that can seriously pull this 3 way split in the GOP together. We as voters need to seriously look at Romney's record and Stop with the stupid attacks on his Mormon faith, my gosh it just shows how secretly some of us have a strong taste for religious bigotry, would you treat Joe Lieberman this way if he were running on our side?

Mitt ad hits McCain on immigration

Read the following fact check on Romney's ad produced by Annenberg.

http://www.factcheck.org/more_mitt_malarkey.html

Mitt ad hits McCain on immigration

Oh Sean, wow, very creditable site you got there.
