I thought Thompson might be coming around after the last debate, but he's slipped back into obscurity. I don't know if its because he really is lazy, or because his campaign just isn't very good at getting their candidate some coverage. But it certainly gives an impression of a non-campaign by a guy who still isn't sure he wants to bother.

Provided Obama fand vote for any other Democratic nominee other than Obama. From what I'm seeing on these post, I'm not sure that's the case.

He just doesn't have a message that most folks are listening to. We've already seen the GOP's failure to institute limited government-he has nothing new to say. There seems to be no overriding reason for him to run. He looks old and tired, more so than McCain, who at 71, at least projects vigor and mental sharpness. Fred just seems like another Southern good 'ol boy, spouting states' rights and more tax cuts for the wealthy.

Also, I can't picture Jeri Thompson or Judith Giuliani as First Lady.

It's hard for me to support Fred over Huckabee. The main reason is that Huckabee's stance on bestiality is clear, and I think Fred has flip flopped on the issue. Bestiality has become a major issue in America, and neither Rudy nor Fred nor McCain has come out against it. Huckabee is the ONLY anti-bestiality candidate and he deserves your vote.

Especially since he and all the republicans apparently don't consider waterboarding or standing naked in halls for hours while being threatened by dogs mistreatment, they should have nothing to hide and welcome independent scrutiny to put any arguments to rest.

John Douglas, I'm going to stick up for you on this one. Fred is one of those people who is laid back. I've known two very successful company owners with his style. All I did was push a broom.
