The Clintons are single-handedly destroying the democratic party to achieve -their own- dream of securing a 3rd term in the presidency. Lies, deception... it's absolutely disgusting. Bill Clinton USED to be a good president. That was back when he still remembered he was in it for the people, in 1992, when he first preached the necessity of Washington outsiders, when he said that experience in Washington was the wrong kind of experience to make change in government.

How times have changed... let's elect a nominee who reflects that change... Barack Obama can move beyond the partisan flames and inter-party mud-slinging of the Clintons. The 90s are over. It's a new millenium. We need a new politician.

A lot has been said about the black-white divide and the male-female divide in this primary season. What hasn't been mentioned enough is the college-educated vs. no-education-at-all divide. Four years ago, the college-educated favored Kerry and the uneducated favored Bush. In this cycle (so far) the college-educated seem to be favoring Obama and the uneducated seem to be favoring Clinton. I'm just stating an observation, but I'm also bracing myself for all the Clinton campaign folks to spin my words and call me sexist.

Ron, WHO started slinging the mud dude?
It was Obama who said that Hillary was old and out of touch, and that baby boomers who lived through the 60's can't solve problems.
It was Obama who used 1990's NEO-CON rhetoric at the Phildelphia debate when he conjured up the Republican Party's "I hate the Clintons and you should too" mantra. Why would a faithful member of this party do that to another Democrat?
It was Obama and his proxies who played the race-baiting card, and then got angry when Hillarty didn't bite
You, yourself post hate filled, angry, vitriolic LIES about The Clintons all for the purpose of getting a nomination for Obama. A nomination that he will never again be able to pursue with the same rhetoric. In that sense he screwed himself into the ground.
You see, Obama painted himself into a corner when he started playing the "New Guy for Change" card. Because, after this election cycle, he won't be the new guy anymore.
That's why he and his people scratch, claw, and bite for every inch of turf. They know, and HE knows, that this is it for him, and the desperation is starting to show.
Its Obama, indpendents, Republicans, and people like you who are dividing this party with their rhetoric and the attitude that Obama has some sort of birthright to the nomination.
If you can't tell us what Obama would change (and you along with most of his followers can't), then it's time to move on towards proven leadership and someone who has a plan.
Sorry, Ron.....but the Obama quick-step isn't going to work with intelligent, well informed voters.

Dear Asad - I have a post-graduate degree as do many of my colleagues. We supported John Edwards four years ago and we support Hillary Clinton now. If one thing is clear in this election - you can't generalize when it comes to how people vote. Yes, there are trends and the media seems to spin every nuance, but people tend to vote for a candidate that most closely addresses their concerns. Clinton is that candidate for me. My vote reflects my work ethic - I care more about substance,clearly defined goals, and getting the work done than I do about rhetoric and feel good messages.

Sorry, the dirty tricks, including the Muslim e-mails from her camp, the accusation of drug dealing, shuck and jive quotes, etc., all came from Clinton's mouth. Obama's folks haven't had to resign in shame.

When Clinton made the MLK quote, folks out here were already up in arms. They were leery after she spoke with a faux Black voice, making comments about the plantation.

It doesn't serve Obama's purposes to talk about race, it serve's Clinton's.

What Bill did to Jesse Jackson after the riots are not forgotten out here.

Obama had nothing to do with the anger people feel towards Clinton, She does, and she needs to own it.

If you quote a candidate, then please quote a candidate accurately. THAT is the problem with this election - some people need to relay their interpretation of what a politician said and represent it as a quote. However, it isn't what was said at all.

A person who does not have a college degree is educated, just not from a higher education institution.

A college degree gives you the symbol of having a higher education and knowledge, you must use it properly to be considered an educated person.

In the New Hampshire exit poll, Clinton won most college grads, but Obama won most post grads. yes, there is a tendency for the "more-educated" to vote obama. However, who are the "more-educated"? I would argue that he won them because the "more-educated" are richer, and seem to be voting on that, rather than their education. Let's just face it, most people are getting caught up in this "vote for me and we can make history" rhetoric, which is a bit narcissistic in a way. However, as an educated Stanford student myself, I must say, that Hillary Clinton seems to have a better grasp of history than Obama.
