To all those who will give Senator Clinton the nomination on Feb 5, is it really worth it to go back to this? Some have memories of the 90s filled with rainbows and pretty classical music playing in the background. Well thank God he's doing something to counter the lies because the press certainly isn't helping him here. Every clip of the debate I've seen shows all her ridiculous accusations but nothing of his immediate responses.

For one thing, I'm getting really sick of the "present" controversy. Hillary and Edwards both were on it last night and alot of posters here still throw it around like a big gotcha. It's one of those pointless claims that sound alarming when you hear it but if you bothered to check into it you would see it for what it is... a non-issue.

For the billionth time, in IL voting present is a legislative tool that is used to communicate to the bill sponsor that you would support the bill if it were changed in some way. Take it as a 'maybe' if you want but in a close vote, it matters to the sponsor and means that the bill is still viable if reworked. It does not mean that Obama was ducking the issue.

Also, Obama cast over 4000 votes and only used this option 130 times or 3.2% of his total votes. Hillary has even mocked his pro-choice stance because of a present vote but Planned Parenthood publicly came to his defense and has given him a 100% pro-choice rating in the state of IL.

This is all common knowledge but Hillary still uses it as a weapon against Obama. So, does this mean she is stupid or just willing to mislead the public if neccessary to get ahead in the race? Either option is pretty unattractive.

The Clinton smear campaign against Obama is absolutely despicable. It is a dirty politics-as-usual tactic that should have no place in the critically important process that is taking place. It shows me that the Clintons will stop at nothing to win the White House. He entered an agreement to avoid indictment on those charges on the last day of his administration. He also had his Arkansas law license suspended for 5 years back in 2001. Too many of us upended our value system to give Bill Clinton a pass on his incredibly repugnant behavior with Ms. Lewinsky. Going public with that relationship held his wife and daughter up to public embarrassment and humiliation. Seems logical given the comments lately. If you listen to ones tone, wording, and the look in their eye, you can see and feel deception, usually.

I was taken aback at how much hate I heard in Senator Clinton's voice towards Obama during the Congressional Black Caucus debate.

Maybe Obama's campaign should look into the robo-calls. They may find out they are coming from their own campaign. Who is doing the negative campaigning now?

Let's get real. If we are to say that knowing who a person really is and questioning them to find out who they are is negative campaigning, then the Obama campaign should give up now.

The people of the United States need to know who we are hiring to hold the most important job in the WORLD. If we don't know who Obama really is and he feels it is negative campaigning when asked about his background or when a comment about his past is brought to the forefront, than he should not be President.

Truth according to who. Obama (and /or through his surrogates) distorts and stretches the truth just like the Clintons. Check out a couple of Newsweek articles.

Give the holier than thou angle a rest. I am not a Hillary supporter, but to me, Obama seems like a hypocrite and poor sportsman, pandering for votes Look at him in Iowa and now. He did not respond to attacks in Iowa because that would turn off the electorate, but as soon as that is over, he is now a political street fighter.

Remember back in 2006, when Hillary was leading the charge against the proposed takeover of six US ports by a holding company owned by the government of Dubai?

It later developed that Bill was playing the other side of the table, directly advising top Dubai officials on how to overcome negative publicity - and congressional resistance - to the ports deal.

Indeed, he unsuccessfully pressed Dubai to hire his former press secretary to handle PR on the deal. (It did hire the spokesman's company to help with another US takeover deal.)

Actually, the Journal reports, Bill Clinton apparently ended his "senior adviser" status last year, but waited to cash in his chips until Yucaipa had closed on two lucrative deals that pushed its earnings way past the required threshold - maximizing his payout.

All of this, of course, could end up looking pretty messy as Bill&Hill continue their assault on the White House.

At least as messy as a few billable hours in the service of a particularly ripe Chicago slumlord.

The media has failed as a truth squad, that's for sure. If they were doing their work, we'd already know--how many lies Obama has told.
He claimed (here in Iowa) that he'd show lobbyists the door; he didn't tell the truth: his door has always been open to lobbyists.
He claims to be Christian; the truth is, it's not quite mainstream Christianity, it's "Afrocentric". They interpret the whole Bible as a sage about wonderful Africans oppressed by evil white people. Don't take my word for it; go to the church's website, Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago. Search the minister's name; he's 'way off the norm. He's Dr. Jeremiah Wright.
And that slumlord Obama claimed he only worked 5 hours for (in Monday's debates)? Funny, that guy helped Obama buy his nice house! Pretty grateful for 5 hours' work, huh?

MSNBC, you and the rest of the media should be reporting this, not me in some "comments" footnote.

Voting present MAY be a legislative tool in Illinois (I have my doubts), but skipping votes in the US Senate isn't, and Obama has chosen not to vote there on numerous issues, for instance, a woman's right to choose pregnancy and whether Iran's guard is a terrorist organization. He's a very political animal, not some saint.

I am a Canadian( proud of it). If I had a vote in the U.S. it would be for Obama. I have tried to donate to his campaign, but apparentaly you must be a US citisen .The WORLD, needs a new kind of leader and I think Obama is the man. The US media needs to take a NEW kind of POLL! Why don't you ask the rest of the world who we would elect!!!! God knows the voters in the US have been "election challanged" in resent years. Good "OLD BUSH MEN" and their buddy "BAD SHOT CHENAY" need to bite the dust.
While I like the Clintons, I really think Bill and Hill should join the Bush men, Retire in Texas or where ever and enjoy!
