Why in the world would any Democrat listen to single thing Bill Clinton has to say? We should have run this guy out of the party on a rail years ago, wearing that stained blue dress he hung around our necks in the 2000 election. The Bush presidency IS the legacy of Bill Clinton. The media criticism about the Clintons is because Hillary is the candidate.
She should be standing on her own and handling even the bad herself. Instead, she loses in Iowa and suddenly it's the Bill Clinton show.
It raises many questions. How big a role is Bill going to play and if elected is there a copresidency and what about the 22nd amendment.
It also makes HRC look weak. She hits a speed bump and suddenly hubby comes to rescue. And then, takes over and overshadows her.
Plus the heavy handed attacking on Obama is personal attacks based on distortions and on a fellow democrat.
You save the heavy stuff for republicans. You don't try to literally destroy a fellow democrat. It crosses the line.

The Clintons deserved the beating they received in South Carolina. Their behavior in recent weeks has been a disgrace, and as a former Clinton voter I have lost any respect I might have ever had for the former first couple. I have no doubt, however, that we can fully expect to see more dirty politics from the Clintons as we head into Super Tuesday.

Gonna be a particularly bad news day for Bill. Such a shame. Really broken up about that.

Now, of course, Hillary has to cheat and go into Florida, breaking a pledge. The excuse... that Obama bought cable TV time on CNN and MSNBC, which are shown in Florida. Right. Just shows the lengths this campaign will go to be elected, and the dishonesty that reigns supreme.

I guess it just depends on what your definition of the word "pledge" is.

The Clinton are more powerful then the national Democratic party, that's why they can go to Florida and give Howard Dean the middle finger. What's Howie going to do; stand up and there and do the rebel yell at the Clinton's?....That worked really well for him in 2004 didn't it.

Some people are ambivalent about Clinton; others resent her for moving into the area in 1999 to establish New York residency before declaring her senatorial campaign six weeks later. After winning that election, Clinton has spent much of her time out of town.

Well of course.....
Hillary just needs a place to hang her shingle....
She probably wouldn't know the address if she didn't have secret service people to take her home at night.

Some locals have criticized the Clintons, saying they selected Chappaqua not for its charms but for its political convenience in the heart of a wealthy county loaded with potential donors.

These same hits on Obama from USA Today and the New York Times were coming a year ago...so let's see, who's getting a free pass from the media. Could it be Hillary Clinton, and the fact that she's been able to tout "35 years of experience" and "ready to lead on day 1" without any questioning? Also, it's good to keep in mind one thing...the presidency started a year ago when the candidates announced they would run. And who's shown the ability to lead, to change the course of politics as usual. That would be Obama.

Saint Obama’s good buddy Rezko was arrested today. Yet that story is going to be buried…just like the story about Obama’s chief advisor blaming Clinton for Bhutto’s death, his South Carolina chair playing the race card by claiming she didn’t cry for Katrina victims, the Obama campaign releasing a memo claiming the Clintons were racist, Obama comparing Bill to Richard Nixon, and the fact that Obama lost among white voters in Michigan, Nevada, South Carolina and is losing among them nationally.

All we’ll hear is more stuff about how Hillary is being divisive. Media bias against Hillary is obvious and sickening. Thank you Senator Obama for blowing apart the Democratic party for your own personal ambition. If this is what he calls hope and unity, I don’t want any part of it!
