Don't get your hopes up, Romney is too big a hypocrite to drop out and leave it to be a 2-man race. I expect Romney to go all the way speaking out of both sides of his mouth just like the Clintons.

Talk radio might not see through his phony positions or maybe they're bought out but after tonight's votes in the conservatives states we can see he isn't fooling the conservatives.

Wow, could this be a more misleading Headline?! Honestly... Have a little bit of dignity... You could have just ran with the title "Romney, Just Not Sure Anymore"... And then gone on to say, "Today, from an un-named source close to the Mass Governor's campaign, we have learned that he isn't sure what he is going to eat for dinner next week... This is truly a telling sign. It is reported that Ronald Reagan said the same thing right before pulling out of the race in '76."

Clinton Rocks!!!... Her supporters are the smartest!!! oops, I guess I'm on the wrong page... That extra chromosome always gets in the way. Well hopefully, no matter who wins, we can get some more tax dollars into the NC, and OR schools, because obviously it doesn't look like what they have now is cutting it. I'm sure that if we elect one of our fine members of Congress (one choice besides that), everything will get better. I would love to hear the "Straight Crap Express" talk about why nobody likes Congress. But of course, its not anybody in Congress' fault... Right?

I believe that all the flip/flop focus by the media and the McCain camp has had an impact on this race. Consider this.... McCain is like a member of the Flat Earth Society...no matter what new authentic information he is exposed to he refuses to use his brain and change his position. One of the reasons I am for Romney is that he is not frozen in time and when he has a shift in awareness he is not afraid to change his position and move forward. I do not agree with Romney on everything, but I respect his ability to grow and change instead of being the dinasours McGain and his puppet Huckleberry are.

They don't let up on him, or stop overlooking him. Mitt can hold his own, its just sad to see the trouncing he and Hillary have put up with. Lots of the articles are claiming McCain wins, Huckabee holds, on and not a mention of Mitt in a strong 2nd place. I think the media needs to give all the candadites fair coverage and just report the results as they are, and stop trying to get us to sway over to there side.

Dr. Vern, you are exactly right.

David, how is it hypocritical NOT to drop out when you're in second? Huckabee is still in third. Romney is beating him by between 60-100 delegates (depending on the source). Romney has won 11 states so far, Huckabee has won 6 (one of which he only one because he colluded with JM- too bad he can't do it on his own). Last night Romney took second in 8 states, Huckabee only took second in 3. Romney has never come in last anywhere. Last night, Huckabee came in last in 3 states. By all counts, Romney is beating Huckabee. I don't view it as a two man race, but if it is, it is still between McCain and Romney.

I'm sure Romney will fight through to the end. If for no other reason than to show that he has follow through, then when he runs again in the future his supporters will know that they're not backing a quitter. Besides, why should he make it easy for McCain?

Why is it that people always say that Romney should drop out? Edwards rolled along in a solid third place through the whole primary season, and no one told him he had to step down. The Same with Huckabee, or Paul.

I can understand that some one might not want to vote for Mitt for one reason or another, just like I've chosen not to back other candidates. The part I can't understand is why people would say that their most important issues are the economy and illegal immigration, then instead of Mitt vote for of all people John McCain. Mitt is one of the best business men in the country, he would be a God send to the economy, and he is the only one with a solid record on illegal immigration. McCain voted against tax cuts, and was the architect of the McCain/KENNEDY amnesty bill. It just doesn't track. Huckabee is another tax and spend, that released convicts into the community to rape and kill, and sheltered illegal aliens going so far as to champion for instate tuition breaks for illegals.
McCain is an inferior choice, and Huckabee as governor is like a bizaro world opposite of Mitt.

If Mitt pulls it off, he's still my candidate. If not I'll back McCain if he gets the nomination. I encourage any one that doesn't want to vote for Hillary to do the same.

Yes, I don't understand why Mitt should "drop out" instead of Huckleberry who is in 3rd? Maybe it is because they know that if Huck drops out then McCain has real competition where Huck would simply be an easy kill. Just another sign that Liberals love McCain and know Huck wouldn't have a chance in the general. Either way, they win. Romney actually stands in their way.
