Management changes, a new campaign slogan every week or after everu primary when they research everything, running out of money, Bill's role changes every week, in every market. Chelsea can't talk to the press, Chelsea can talk to the press. No cqaucasing in casino's in NV. Yes caucausing in casino's. Michigan and florida count, michigan and Florida do not count. Seems Obama has tgotten it right on day one as his campaign has stayed on the same steady course. Seems Hillary was not ready on day one with her campaign. Doesn't bode well for being ready on day one in the oval office???

If you're interested in making a decision based on how well the candidates have run their campaigns, this has to be considered, along with the Clinton's mismanagement of campaign funds. Oddly enough, for an inexperienced candidate, Obama's campaign doesn't appear to have these starts and stops.

The Bush-Clinton dynasties are the past, and We, the People have had it with those families!

We deserve the government we get. I’ve said this before, but I’ll say it again: America, you need to wake up then wise up to today’s realities. For the first time ever, young voters are united en masse and working for the election of Barack Obama. Why? They see and feel what their past has been under the Bush-Clinton dynasties and, hoping for the brightest of futures, they’re working hard to achieve real change with Barack Obama.

Having taught the nation’s youth here in Colorado for 35 years, I often unfairly viewed our nation’s youth—13-year-olds—as counter culture, lazy, self-centered, and uncaring. What a remarkable transformation can take place between the ages of 13 and 18! As a boomer and early supporter of Barack Obama and his vision for America, I’ve witnessed first hand the organization, conviction, and hard work of this block of young voters, and I am proud to be working hard alongside them.

Let’s review, do a little reality check—by no means complete—as to why they’re onboard for Obama in this election cycle. We’re in a war we didn’t need, we have a President who lied to get us there, and Republicans and many Democrats—like Hillary--gave this President a free reign to do whatever he wanted. Further, this Administration and the Republicans can talk about lowering taxes and federal spending, yet they charged billions and our future on a big fat Chinese charge card. Ironically, we pay our short term expenses by borrowing from China to pay for Middle East oil and, day by day, our economy sucks worse, and our reputation in the world sucks the worst, while fat-cat corporations and lobbyists benefit. And what about us, We, the People? As a boomer, I’m not happy at all, and I’m certainly not looking forward to replacing one liar—George Bush, who’s all but defecated on our Constitution—with two—Hillary and Bill Clinton and a co-presidency. Young people may not know the full history of the Clintons, but I do. And if Hillary chose to stand by her man as he messed up the White House with Monica Lewinsky—I guess that’s fine, but I don’t want to re-live that past. This election IS about the vote on the Iraq war, and it IS about the economy, but it IS also about judgment and character and the past vs. the future and who can best unite and lead this country out of the muck and mire.

Although I would vote for Hillary were she our nominee, there is no need to. We don’t need to build another bridge to the past, and we don’t need the division anymore—the old math of the 20th century no longer adds up. And we no longer need to hold our noses when we cast our vote. Let’s do the new math of the 21st century. Listen to the youth this time, America. They have it right. No longer are they just content to “fight for their right to party;” they are now fired up and in the lead for a new, promising, and brighter future with Barack Obama, and I stand with them.

I don't think the Hillary campaign is evil/underhanded in changing their message and shuffling their staff and redistributing Bill for different purposes every week. What it does is play right into Obama's argument: it's not enough to be ready on Day One; you have to be right on Day One.

Obama has stayed the course since the beginning of his campaign. Hillary has floundered and flip-flopped and course-corrected so many times, tested so many different messages, it's no wonder Obama is finally gaining traction.

You can't manage the White House with this kind of constant reinvention. And you certainly can't manage a successful White House with the kind of disorganization that the Clinton campaign has shown. A poor grassroots showing has squandered the caucus states, even where the demographics are favorable to her. She has squandered her enormous monetary advantage. She has squandered double digit leads in the polls over Obama.

If she can't put away this upstart, first-term senator from Illinois with the enormous Clinton machine at her back, how is she going to get anything done in the White House? Scratch that, how is she going to defeat a scrappy fighter like John McCain? He's even more of a surging underdog than Obama (though he's got his own problems within his party at the moment).

Jennifer....I went to the Freedomsenemies website as it was suggested by another blogger.

The website does a poor job of misquoting the words Barrack Obama wrote in his book "Dreams of my Father". There are numerous errors on the website and I have a hard time anyone actually takes it seriously. Then I realize that Bush was able to convince 70% of the American public that Saddam Hussein had a hand in Septemeber 11th and I am not so surprised just sad. Before you take that website as gospel; read the book and compare what he wrote and what they said he wrote, or the conclusions the website draws that are so far from the intent that there is no doubt that it is written for shock value instead of accuracy.

They seem intent on convincing people that Barrack Obama is a Muslim. This is wrong on many levels. First and foremost he isn't a muslim. Second if he was exposed to Muslims during childhood is that really a bad thing? Are all muslims our enemies? Do you want to allow that website to use your fear and anger against radical terrorists to make you so predjudiced that you would perpetuate a hate campaign to smear Barrack Obama because some of his family in Kenya are Muslims even though he never even met them until he was an adult. Are we as American's going to allow the same tactics that GWB used...fear and ignorance to trump, truth. Now let me see, 1st she fired someone on her campaign committe after the Iowa, New Hampshire caucaus, then yesterday she caused a reporter to get suspended, (of which I don't condone what he did it was wrong) but I think she has carried it to far, now another person on her campaign staff is asked to step back in the background. What a sad situation. I am a democrat and if Obama does not get the nomination I'm afraid I won't vote. If you vote for Hillary then it's a vote for McCain and if you vote for McCain it's a vote for Hillary, sounds like a no win situation to me.

I am a democrat yet I would rather vote for McCain than to vote for Obama. The blacks have made this race about color and that is the ONLY reason Obama is ahead. The fact that 90% of the blacks voted for Obama in Georgia proves the fact. Clinton is much more prepared to run this country. She is more experienced and she can bring positive change. Everyone acts like Obama can do no wrong. Let us remember that Obama has a tainted past involving drugs and alcohol. On more than one occasion the media has sent Obamas message stating “I have no doubt that I can get the people who vote for Senator Clinton, .. It’s not clear that Senator Clinton can get all the people I’m getting. In other words, if Clinton loses, the majority of her supporters will vote for me but if I lose, my supporters will not vote for her. This is such a telling comment from the great "uniter." With so much in common, as Democrats, other than Senators Clintons experience and willing to stand up to protect our nation, I can hardly tell the difference between the two. So this statement seems racist or sexist and definitely wrong. Possibly even arrogant. He says he is for unity. Is it only if it is Obamas Unity? I have spoken to many of people who voted for Obama who say they will definitely choose Hillary when she is the nominee. Those people were on the fence for Obama and Hillary. Some voted for Obama, because they didn’t know who to vote for and found themselves being guided by the media or their school buddies. (A media that is slanted for Obama, a media that guides people with statements like the one Obama is using above.) When these people are asked about Obama’s plan or views, many didn’t know or their information was inaccurate. Some of them never found an answer. Many people (men and women, many races) I talked to, easily changed to support Hillary.

There are whole bunch of other people out there. A LOT that I have spoken to, MANY who say “if Senator Clinton is not the Democratic choice then they will choose the Republican candidate”. They refer to National Security and feeling safe with knowing more about the candidate. Senator Clinton is not shy about protecting America, and she sends a positive message to the world as well as a protective message.

It is bewildering that the media just doesn’t seem to present this information. I thought maybe the media hasn’t heard. That’s why I’m writing. To share with the media, that there are many people that support either Senator Clinton first or McCain second. This is not American Idol or Hollywood, this is the REAL world, this is America’s next President. In a very volatile time. These people feel that the next President has to have a plan, and needs to be able to stand with strength to protect and serve our Nation. I hope the media will share the information that there are many people who are on the fence, and the fence has Hillary as a first choice and McCain as a second choice. Both are very different, but many people feel both are a safer choice because they know what the person’s real agenda is. This may not be what the media wants to hear or share but it is real. If it’s not Hillary as the nominee, there go many Democratic votes for Republican. Maybe that’s what they want.

My mother supporter clinton in the Nevada caucus but has since found some things out that made her regret her decison. I am so dissapointed to see what Steve wrote about Blacks supporting Obama. As a Black woman, please know that I was torn between Edwards and Obama, but when Edwards dropped out I went with Obama and I am very pleased with my decision. I have been very disappointed in a lot of the things that the Clintons have done during this campaign trying to get ahead.

I consider myself an intelligent woman, and I make my own decisions by reading the platforms of the candidates and listening to them during the debates. Are you saying that you don't think that there are any blacks who can read and think for themselves? That's kind of ridiculous!

I do have enough sense to know that when Hillary is repeating her mantra over and over again "ready on day one", she will not be any more ready than Obama on day one because who ever wins the White House will need assistance (a cabinet) to help get things moving. And I'm not sure about the type of assistance she will be surrounding herself with looking at recent developments. Just because she lived in the White House for 8 years is not a qualification to be President and run the country as she seems to imply. I have worked in the school system as a media clerk for over 14 years, but that does not qualify me to be a teacher in the classroom.

And Steve, you seem to feel that all whites feel like you and just don't have a chance to let it out, or truthfully express themselves; however, you had your chance right here and others have the same chance also. I am not naive enough to believe that you are alone in your thinking, but I just hope that before your life ends you, and others like you, will find it in your hearts and minds to give up on the negativity about the black race.

Ever since the Monica Lewinsky fiasco, the then First Lady, now Senator, has tolerated many derogatory comments. She has met them head-on, with dignity and courage. I believe that she is every bit as intelligent as the New York Times says she is. She is the type of president we would need when the going got tough. She has mental toughness as well as intelligence. Let's face it: out of all the candidates, she's the only who has been tested, time and again. Other candidates might say that they are ready, that they are right; however, until we see that person in the trenches, we have no way to verify that. One possible way is to see how they handle criticism. Do they whine? Do they get offended? Do they either answer the criticism and get on with life, or do they keep referring to it? In other words, how mentally tough are they?

Let's imagine applying for a job for which we have no experience. You could say to the interviewer: see, I'm qualified on paper. The interviewer might say: but you don't have experience. And indeed it generally is necessary to have experience for jobs above entry-level. How, then, can we be willing to accept someone who's had no experience in foreign policy, no experience in governance,etc., etc. With a faltering economy, an unpopular war, immigration problems, a huge national deficit, there is no room for trial and error.

This campaign change simply means that the campaign adjusted to what has turned out to be a much tighter race than expected. To argue that it represents Hillary's inabililty to run a campaign or to be President is ignorant if not outright stupid.

By the way, it has become clear that Obama is quite the insider. He has the support of many do-nothing Democratic career politicians who see the Clintons as a threat to their power within the Party, or are looking for appointments in a would-be Obama administration. His campaign is run by long-time, mostly white male Democrats who viciously and shamelessly played the race card (I just hope that was not with Obama's approval, although I was very disappointed that he and his wife played along with it and took advantage of the polarizing situation). Obama is also getting lots of money from fat cat donors as his January and February intake shows. If you believe that all or even most of the donors are average folks, then you are naive. Obama repeats the term "change", but he has accomplished so little positive change compared to Hillary. There is no evidence that he can run an administration. As a Democrat, I would vote for Obama if he wins the primary, but I will do so knowing he is not that much better than your typical Democratic Senator. Go Hillary, go Dems!
