I feel that eight years of W. have taught America the hard way what fear mongering and negativity get us. It was a bunch of right wing "swift boat" bs that put bush back in office for his second, and arguably even worse term, and America has matured a little since then. The decision by team Clinton to go negative and start throwing feces like two monkeys at the Zoo I think will hurt them more then anything. America is tired of it. The Clinton's managed to do a relatively good job of that until lately when they got desperate.

The point is, I have more respect for America then that. Obviously that is the biggest difference between Obama supporters and Hillary Supporters. We believe that America is ready for change, not just that Obama is ready to bring it about. The way the Country responds to team Clinton's recent decision to throw cheap shots and "mud" at Obama will determine whether or not this is true. I look forward to seeing the results in Wisconsin.

Every time Bill opens his mouth he sounds meaner and sillier than the last time. Does he seriously expect us to buy his indignation on the part of all those other candidates who were vying with his wife for the nomination? Please! I bet he was thrilled that all the white male competition was sunk early so Hillary's only competition as first woman was the first black guy. After all, wasn't HE the first black president? He must have been very confident enough of the black vote would stick with him... er...with Hillary.

Most Dems were fans of Bill because he got us back into the White House and times were good while he was in it. We also like the international respect he brought us.

Many of us were subsequently disgusted with his stupidity in giving the vast right wing conspiracy an opening with his blatant, repeated, reckless sleazy behavior and one bimbo explosion after another, fueling the Gingrich revolution and final drive to impeachment.

Many of us were also less than thrilled with the effect this all had on the 2000 election. It would have been way too big a win to steal if not for Clinton's impeachment. Many of us suspected lukewarm Clinton support for Kerry in 2004 had to do with their not wanting to wait another 8 years to run Hillary, leaving us with a sinking suspicion they preferred to see us saddled with another 4 years of Bush.

Still, we basically loved our good president/bad boy Bill. Well, I'm over it. I sincerely hope that Obama wins the nomination and Presidency, not just because he's the better candidate but also so the Dem party can get out from under the Clintons once and for all.

Bill is fine as a do-gooder ex pres and she's a decent Senator but as leaders of the party they have been a disaster. Since getting elected for the first time in '92 with a big assist from Ross Perot, they have been leading us to defeat and the Republicans to victory pretty consistently for the past 15 years. They had little to do with gains in 2006 and will be to blame if we lose with Hillary against McCain in 2008.

We need new leadership for a do-over on kicking off the 21st century: Leadership unconnected with the Clinton baggage and failed strategies of the "love-us-because-we're-almost-just-like-Republicans" DLC.

1. Hilary Clinton voted to involve this country in an unjust war and refuses to acknowlege the error of her decision.

2. Hilary Clinton has done exactly what to legislate relief to relive the overwhelming neglect of Katrina victims?

3. Hilary Clinton has been in a Democrat controlled house that has failed to stop Bush.

4. Hilary Clinton did nothing to prevent the illegal takeover of the 2000 election. She did not support the recount of the votes in Florida. She did not stand and insist.

5. Hilary Clinton initiated a racist campaign and steadfastly denies it in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

5. Hilary Clinton denigrates minorities with her divisive ways - pitting one against the other, to divide and conquor, all for personal gain.

6. Bill and Hilary Clinton would rather destroy the hopes and dreams of a corruption free government in Washington and ensure more of the same.

I actually had alot of respect for Bill and Hillary at the beginning of this campaign. I was rooting for Obama but thought that it would be impossible for him to defeat the Clintons and that he was too green not to screw this up in some way. I actually felt that how well the candidates held up in this political gauntlet would go along way towards helping me decide who would be the best president.

At this point, I don't see how anyone can question who has had the strongest run so far. Obama has out-planned and out-performed a formidable opponent and has proven to be calm and cool throughout some very difficult circumstances. I listen to both Clintons now and I think Hillary sounds frustrated and Bill just sounds foolish. It's too bad that an admired former president has reduced his own stature to the point that people are talking about how long his leash should be.

Please don't tell me about Hillary's experience anymore. Her experience hasn't been as impressive as Obama's judgement in this campaign so why should I trust that her experience will make her a better president?

I know that each person running has to blow their own horn but some do it with more grace. I do not respect or trust Bill or Hilary Clinton so would never vote for them no matter what. With them I see that it is all about pesonal gain to their bank accounts and not ours. Yes they would give us a little back to get us off their back but not as much as they would make. Obama sees that he can not make empty promises and rightfully so. He we do his best to help all of us, not make empty promises that will never get done. I have health care now, but had nothing while raising my children alone. But there were places for me to go, as there are now, that will give you care at a reduced rate. So everyone is covered in a sense so what is all the fighting about. Yes we could make the co-pay lower for everyone and that would help. Even the ones with reduced pay at doctors could pay lower. We need the insurance companies to quit charging so much and taking a big cut for all the upper management workers they have on payroll. I guess what I'm saying is that everyone does get health care to a certain degree, but it looks like people will not be happy unless it is free. Well nothing is ever free and we have to stop that train of thought or no one would ever work hard to improve themselfs because everything would be handed to them.

Why do people like to hear him speak? He's an incredible speech giver, but he also gives detailed plans. He has ideas that will help everyone--not just those with corporate interest as Hillary is intent on providing with such things as her health-care plan.

With regards Slick's comments on Obama's Iraq record; and, the draft dodger's false accusation of flip flopping on the Iraq issue against Obama: It was actually Hillary who was the serial flip-flopper on this issue. Obama to his credit, as a matter of conscience, refused to deny American troops the funding for the bullets and equipment that they required to survive in ongoing combat. Hillary, on the other hand, with no such compelling principles, was one of only two U.S. Senators who voted to deny funding for essential equipments for our troops who they had "previously" voted to commit to lethal combat. A despicable breach of trust with the young men and women laying their lives on the line in defense of our Nation. Obama made the classical rookie error of not responding to Slick's false accusation, which he could have easily turned to Hillary's well deserved detriment
Barrack and his supporters best be prepared for the "Political Lynching" that will rival anything previously witnessed in Presidential politics. The Clinton's again and again are refusing to give voters any credit for intelligence and instead are using one of the tactics of old politics by appealing to the disappointment and emotions of others who are now down(the 4 former candidates)while shamelessly lobbying the disappointed for their own selfish ends.(patronizing while lobbying).It's like expressing sympathy to the widow and making a date at the same time. He then subtly attacks young people by saying, perhaps it's a generational thing.So that to him, young people abhors experience and due to their youth are falling for Obama's new message of change(as if only youths support Obama.He refuses to acknowledge that the reasons for Obama's wins is that people are fed up with the old failed ways of doing things and are looking for change, inspiration and a new approach to governance. They see this in Obama's message.The Clintons need to do a proper analyis of the Obama phenomenon and come to terms with the fact that America is going through a transition and if not Obama someone else would have risen up.The Clintons should deal more with the issues stop being personal and opportunistic by lobbying the former candidates via blaming Obama.

And I just love how she basically disregards MOST of the states in this country and claims that 'ONLY the BIG states really matter" What I really can't believe is that ANYONE really takes her seriously. How can you trust someone to lead this country and do what is best for US, when it is so obviously clear that she is only concerned about what is best for HER? Come on people! I dare ANY Hillary supporter to explain why they feel that Hillary should be trusted. Whenever I ask someone why they are supporting Hillary they say things like "Because she is a woman" or "She will give us all free health care" or "I voted for Bill and having two for one in the White HOuse would be better than one" Not one person has ever given the answer that they feel they can trust her to do what is best for US, the people of AMerica. And so many of them are misinformed. Time and time again I hear people that actually think her universal healthcare will provide everyone with FREE insurance!!! WHen I explain to them that not only will it NOT be free, but they will be FORCED to buy it even if they cannot afford it, and they will also have their wages garnished if they don't buy it, some of them don't believe me, others feel silly and state that they are not sure if they will continue to support her. So many of her supporters are uneducated about her policies. They are ONLY supporting her because they feel that a woman deserves to be president, because she is the only name on the ballot that they recognize, or because they for some ungodly reason like Bill, and feel that it would be great to get him back into the WHite House. I really hope that the good people in ALL of the upcoming states take a good look at the CLintons and what they stand for.
