One example, how can you report in articles that Sen Clinton won Florida and Michigan, when there was not a contest, nor was Sen. Obama's name even on the ballot. To straight-faced report that she won the states is inaccurate....there were no contests and the voters of those states and both Sen. Clinton and Obama knew the rules going in. If those state want to petition to the Democratic Party to have a caucus, then by all means, let those states have them, but that decision was made by the Democratic Party already. The true Constitutional question at hand is "Does the Democratic Party truly have the power to tell American voters of Florida and Michigan that they cannot participate in the Democratic process at any level?" That's the true question. When the Constitutional question is answered, then we have our answer. If no constitutional rights are abridged then case closed - let's move on. If constitutional right are tampered with - let's have a real election in those states where both candidates are allowed to campaign and have both their names on the ballot.

Obama met with Edwards

Interesting timing

Obama met with Edwards

After Obama whoops Hillary's hiney in Wisconsin and Hawaii, then Edwards can come out with his endorsement of Obama!!! Majority of you are incapable of presenting your case in an inteligent and factual manner. Clinton supporters refuse to look at the snap of her mismanaged campaign as an indication of the kind of cabinet she will have. Sometimes dirty politics help but Obama do not want none of that and he may lose because he does not want to play dirty. Look people, our country is at risk of getting infected with a virus called dirty politicians...oh wait i am already too late. She sounds too angry at times. And what is this I read the Oprah Winfrey (rich but not qualified to pick a president, anymore than Daschle and Kerry are) a little too righeous? Where's the spouse standard for her instead of only for Bill Clinton? I mean, be fair. Where's the press analysis of Obama's plans? All he gets is photo ops and speech coverage, without giving time to any in depth questioning of his presidential plans. It's not professional to just say "it's on my website". Perhaps that's a cover for his difficulty in debating Hillary's. It was the debating that turned me to Hillary. She's smart, experienced. And what with the Obama flip flop on th nuclear waste lobbyists/deal?? Positioning himself as a man in touch with the plight of American workers and families, I don't see how he can support mandated health insurance. I think a lot of people are confused, and think that Hillary's mandate that everyone must be required to have insurance means that somehow it will be provided for everyone. Now we all know Obama is not for the poor cause the poor make thier own coffee and doughtnuts at home and Obama's followers spend 7 bucks a cup.

Obama met with Edwards

Pleasssse, Fred. Where were the Clintons when their friend David Letterman called Barack Obama "Osama" TWICE! Where was CBS? And where was the outrage when Bill & Hillary + their many surrogates absolutely trashed the women Bill abused? Remember when they tried to argue "that woman" Monica Lewinsky was a stalker--only after they had argued Bill was just trying to help her. And recall that after Jennifer Flowers & Paula Jones revealed Bill's abuse, James Carville (the chief, paid Clinton attack dog) made comments about these women's accusations being the result of "dragging money through a trailer park." Double standard? You bet. And also typical pattern--the Clintons will do or say anything to win & always have, no matter who it hurts! They also blame everyone but themselves. Thank God we have a wonderful alternative for democratic president at last.

Obama met with Edwards

Its reasonable to expect Edwards to endorse Obama he fears the Clintons will smear his name as somebody eeying the veep. Not surprising but very dissapointing. I don't blame Bill Clinton for speaking up to these people. The Clintons' have been dissed from the beginning by the media and the press. Well I remember very well what shape this country and my wallet was in when Bill was President. Then we got stuck with Cowboy Bush thanks to all the intelligent voters out there --not once but twice. Pay attention this time. Hillary Clinton is the better choice, she is strong and will work hard for the American people. I know, I am from NY. Is she perfect-no---mistakes--yes. She is human remember? Obama I am sure has made some but he hasn't been around long enoungh for the media, the press and the voters to pick him apart with. That is his advantage. Not much history behind him yet. Bill is defending his wife--a normal reaction. All during Cowboy Bushs' Presidency, its' been blame Bill. Obama would get my vote 4-8 years from now. Hillary is the right candidate right now. Pay attention this time. Hillary is the best choice.

Obama met with Edwards

Since the super delegates are such a hot topic and Mr. Edwards is debating who and when to endorse, let me add my advice. Wait until after March 4th to see where things stands. The super delegates should wait to switch candidates until they are sure who the nominee is going to be. I think the same rings true for Mr. Edwards' delegates. I feel an Obama backlash coming since he is being made the front runner. Why do you think he is telling voters at his rallies that he is still the underdog? He realizes there is still a decent change that Clinton will be the nominee. If she wins big on March 4th, and her new strategy works things can shift quickly to her favor. What Obama is trying to do is talk everyone into coming to him so she cannot come back. But what do you think Obama's stance will be on super delegates if Clinton ends up with more over all raw votes, and pretty even (within 100) or even ahead in the primary delegates? Super delegates can always change their pledges at the end. No need to changing pledges now.

Obama met with Edwards

Senator Obama cancelled all his appointments in Wisconsin today using weather as an excuse, and led people to believe he was having a "down day" at home in Chicago, all after criticizing Senator Clinton for not spending enough time in Wisconsin.

Where's she? Toughing it out in the cold and snow.

If he wants to opt out of full time campaigning in Wisconsin in the days leading up to the primary (he was off all day Thursday as well for a down day at home in Chicago), he shouldn't be criticizing the Clinton campaign for the same.
S.
