These kids take the time to go to university to get a higher education instead of working a low paying job.&lt;br&gt;They get their degree, in hand go looking for a job,&lt;br&gt;and all you can hear, you need 35 years experience.&lt;br&gt;How on earth can these kids have 35 years experience when in truth and in fact, they are just out of university? What the system need to do, is employ them and put someone with 35 years experience by their side, and show them the ropes. That is the only way these kids can gain the experience.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;They already have knowleldge and are capable of doing the job.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So Billary, go get a clue.
