I don't think McCain has much to worry about based on this little slip. Which democratic candidate would ever accuse him of being liberal? Ralph Nader won't, either. He can call himself a liberal all day and all night and it won't make him a liberal, and liberals won't believe it. No republican or democrat will decide not to vote for McCain because Obama, Clinton, or Nader are less liberal than he is. Republicans are way too smart to stay home because of this. It's a total non-issue.

Recently John McCain said that “we have the best health care system in the world”, this may be true statements for him because some privileged like him can have the access to it. What happens to millions of Americans when they are out of reach of this so called best health care because either the premium is too high or the insurance company is denying the health coverage for the pre-existing conditions? Sen. McCain travels in a bus called straight talk expressway but he has lost its wheels by flip-flopping. He may be media darling, media is giving him a free pass most of the times. When many candidates get hammered by the media in any given issue, the press ignores McCain’s double talking in the same issue. The reason behind this unprecedented support to McCain by the media is vastly unknown.

McCain may be a war hero but he is great flip-flopper. He changed his policy in issues like immigration, Bush's tax cut, abortion rights, gay marriage in order to advance his goal to secure the republican nomination. McCain can not be trusted because he changed his policy not because of the fairness or the legitimacy of the policy but because of his personal interest that aligned him with the conservative republicans.

John McCain seems to make us believe that he is above all partisan politics and he is a man of principal all the time. But in contrary, he has aided with more lobbyist than anyone else. His campaign both in 2000 and 2008 is funded by Washington lobbyist. It is clear that whenever any lobbyist donated campaign fund and they do so in exchange of policy favor. So McCain should not claim that he is above any influence of lobbyist.

This shows how far removed from protection that our Congress (as a group) have taken us from our enemies, much less taken care of our Domestic Issues.

This is hardly news. If you have been watching McCain closely for the past few years, there is an obvious pattern of increasing senility. It may not yet have manifested the all the symptoms of full blown Alzheimers, but its clear that even before he might take office, McCain's brain is showing signs of heavy brain cell loss and cognitive impairment.

One really has to question whether the Lord intended such an old man to be president. Perhaps its just a clever trick to install a Bush and Company approved VP, without the vetting process. Perhaps not, but it is clear that it is OLD AGE!

As an independent voter I am glad that McCain is going to win the Republican nomination. It certainly is a better choice than, Huckabee (Gomer Pyle), Guiliani( a comedic fellow), Thompson ( whose acting ability is far better than his boring ignorant style). McCain is the best of the worst in the Republican party. His Iraq stance is one of the worst foreign policy failures of all time. He should stop pandering to the extreme conservatives and be his own man. Obama's view's are refreshing, but can be troublesome in the future. However, we will be doomed econmically if we continue this McCain Iraq policy. Trillions of dollars and an unwinnable war is not in the best interst for the American people. With respect to healthcare, you should not fear Socialism. A truly socialistic approach would mean universal healthcare for every U.S. citizen with no restrictions and no costs. Neither Senator Clinton nor Senator Obama are advocating a socialistic approach to health care. However, their approach, advocating more accessible healthcare is far preferrable to the Republican-backed status quo of free market capitalism and stockholder profits-driven HMOs. John McCain supports GW Bush, and GW Bush supports whatever puts more profits in the pockets of HMO stockholders. Their (McCain and Bush) plan has absolutely nothing to do with delivering health care to people; it's all about the money. And not just on this issue alone, John McCain is NOT a liberal. The zealots in his party are, however, trying to push him more and more to the right. As November draws closer, they are likely to succeed. McCain will sucuumb if for no more reason than advancing senility. The Republican campaign will become more and more shrill and will resort to any anti-woman or anti-brown (the man is not black, he is brown) divisive and evil attack they can conjure.

Help to save us all, with no one left behind. Vote Democrat in November.
