Somebody really needs to investigate the allegations of how many Rush Limbaugh/Radical Right followers took his advice and voted for Hillary in the primaries on March 4. Some of the exit poll responses seem off, such as importance of race. Also, couldn't that explain Hillary's weakness in the Texas caucuses, if the spoilers voted in the primary but didn't want to show themselves in public? The irony is that Obama supporters might have enabled this voting bloc by making sure everyone got to vote, especially the party crossovers. There's some real dirt hiding in these numbers. It sounds crazy, but crazier things have happened in US politics. All we need is one voter who identifies himself in public as taking Rush's advice.

While you're beating the dead horse the Clinton campaign can talk about Obama's false pose on his campaign financing, his backing away from the public financing pledge, his lying about the Canada meeting, his helping fund an organization founded and run by an employee of the PLO while Obama was on the Board of the Woods Fund, his buying property from the Rezcos, helping them liquidate assets (akin to money laundering) while they tried to hide money from their creditors...should I go on?

Whitewater...you people are a joke. Hillary Clinton has been under the microscope for 15 years. The most secretive politician? She hasn't been allowed any secrets since 1992. What else have you got?

Oh yes, the tax returns. What exactly are you planning on finding there? We all know the Clintons are wealthy. Last time I checked that wasn't a crime. If they had a source of illegal income on their returns they'd already have been busted by the IRS.

The down side for you is that the hope and change show no longer works. The Junior Super Tuesday campaign spotlight has left America knowing that Obama is just another lying politician. I wondered when Senator Clinton's projection of her own flaws and deficiencies onto Senator Obama would begin to rebound. I have found it absurd that Senator Clinton would point fingers at anyone when she sits atop a pile of non-disclosure. Not only has she not disclosed anything to back up her experience claim (White House records), her tax returns, her earmarks, or the donors to former President Bill Clinton's library, there is also a long history of secrecy. Senator Clinton's closed door health care program failed miserably. Senator Clinton's decision to fight the Republican controlled Congress over their request for her law firm records from the Rose Law Firm was finally rejected by the Courts.

Instead of projecting her own deficiencies groundlessly onto Senator Obama, Senator Clinton should tell us why she is qualified to be President. So far, her speeches lack substance, her ability to inspire or bring in new voters is non-existent and her claims of experience ring hollow since she does not have one significant piece of legislation (or even a significant fight to get legislation passed) to her name as a U.S. Senator.

I believe Senator Clinton should tell us why we should elect her, rather than resorting to the same old politics of lies, inneundo and smear against Senator Obama. I send out a call to her supporters on this post-- instead of bashing Senator Obama do tell us why Senator Clinton is in any way qualified to be President. Please don't tell me it is simply because she is a woman. Don't ramble on about her experience as First Lady -- no-one is arguing that Laura Bush should be President. Don't tell me about her 6 month stint at the Children's Defense Fund or her so-called 35 years of experience. Give details please. While your at it, why don't you explain what a "time out" on trade means, how she plans to "mandate" health care and what she plans to do to make social security and medicare fiscally sound.

From what I have learned so far, me thinks the lady is an empty pantsuit.

Senator Obama on the other hand, has spelled out what he thinks is wrong with NAFTA. There aren't any enforceable labor or environmental standards. None of the hub-bub last week changed this belief especially since Senator Obama has been consistent on this point for years. Senator Obama has spelled out his plan to make social security and medicare fiscally sound while Senator Clinton claims the issue is "hypothetical." Senator Obama has also explained that the existing programs for children's health care will take care of the mandate for every family that is hurting. Can we have the same substantive disclosure from Senator Clinton, please?

Will the media demand it? Or are they too busy being Clinton-spun and too involved in the "horse race" aspect to think of it?

The Case Management Conference hearing in Paul v Clinton et al on February 21, in Los Angeles Superior Court will finally set a trial date in the long delayed civil fraud case and it will set a schedule for discovery that will include the sworn depositions of the entire Clinton family and the Clinton hierarchy of the Democratic Party.

A trial was set for March 2007, but it was delayed due to an appeal of a lower-court's decision to dismiss Sen. Clinton as a defendant. The California Supreme Court upheld the decision, but Sen. Clinton, nevertheless, will be required to testify under oath along with her husband as material witnesses.
Seven years ago Peter Paul began whistleblowing to the government and alerting the media of numerous illegalities committed by Hillary and Bill Clinton in order to win Hillary’s first election to public office.
The multi-million dollar donor to Hillary’s Senate campaign that caused Hillary’s finance director to be indicted and tried in May, 2005, for hiding his contributions, and whose complaint to the FEC resulted in a finding that Hillary’s campaign broke the law resulting in the only FEC fine imposed against Hillary’s campaign, will begin the discovery process leading to a trial in Los Angeles later this year of the Clintons and others for destroying Paul’s public company.

The lawsuit claims that Peter Paul was fraundulenty induced to make a 1.2 million in-kind contribution to Senator Hillary Clinton's 2000 senate campaign in exchange for former President Bill Clinton to be a rainmaker for this company once he left the White House. Paul claims that former President Clinton backed out of the $17 million deal, and his company collapsed.

Paul contends Clinton has filed four false FEC reports, in an attempt to distance herself from him after a Washington Post story days after the August 2000 fundraiser reported his past felony convictions. Clinton then returned a check for $2,000, insisting it was the only money she had taken from Paul. Clinton, Paul asserts, continues to hide from the public false statements about his contributions and her relationship with him, made to the Post through her spokesman Howard Wolfson. Clinton vowed publicly she would not take any more money from Paul, but one month later, she demanded another $100,000, to be hidden in a state committee using untraceable securities.

Paul’s allegations that his $1.2 million in donations were hidden by Hillary’s campaign have been corroborated by the Justice Department, FBI and FEC General Counsel- while the lying has been done by the Clinton appointed Judge in the Rosen trial, Hillary’s lawyer David Kendall has maintained Hillary’s campaign filed accurate reports until the campaign admitted hiding more than $720,000, and her lawyer Lyn Utrecht in false statements made to the FEC General Counsel denying Paul’s contribution of $1.
In May 2005, Sen. Clinton's former finance director, David Rosen, was acquitted for filing false campaign reports that later were charged by the FEC to treasurer Andrew Grossman, who accepted responsibility in the conciliation agreement. Paul points out the Rosen trial established his contention that he personally gave more than $1.2 million to Clinton's campaign for the fundraiser that his contributions intentionally were hidden from the public and the FEC.

Witnesses to be deposed include former President Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, former Vice President Al Gore, Gov. Ed Rendell, Kelly Craighead, Howard Wolfson, Terry McAuliffe, and a host of A list Hollywood celebrities including, Barbra Streisand, John Travolta, Olivia Newton John, Brad Pitt, and Cher.
The case is the subject of a video documentary largely comprised of intimate "home movies" of Hillary Clinton and her Hollywood supporters captured by Paul during the period.

I am not really surprised First Read. I was a strong Hillary supporter last year and evenmockedmy buddies for supporting Obama.
A friend of mine challenged me to research on Hillary. I was shocked to uncover so many things that I did not imagine about her, and she tried to portray hersef as a candid and caring candidate in public. I found so many inconsistencies in her speches. Many of her attacks on Obama were refuted by fact checking sites like Fact Check.org. And her 35 years experience includes many scandalous activities.
So, I am not surprised if she is called the msot secretive candidate. Maybe she will follow Bush's actions and spy on us Americans.

It must expeditiously and thoroughly investigated and findings made public in a matter of days as well. That is the only way the Canadians can redeem their shattered image. Since the leak had an immediate impact on the American elections, it is only fair that the outcome of their investigation also has an immediate healing impact on the same elections...not afterwards please. All these high level stuff happened within just a matter of days and Obama had no chance at all to debunk anything.
Common Obama, put aside your gentleman gesture for once please, this is a man's fight now. In no way should Hillary be preferentially treated as a woman, but only as a Contestant which is all that matters now.
Also notice that in her phone Ad, the phone rings 6 times before she even picks it and still has nothing to say when she picks it-perhaps she is waiting for Bill to advice her first. If she is so great on national security, why didn't they arrest Osama during their presidency but instead bombed a pharceutical plant in Sudan? Why did they let the Rwanda genocide, the worst ever that world has ever experienced, happen? The American people have a right to know what her precise words or advice were in these two situations and many more like this!

As far as i can see the "Rezko/Obama scandal is a non-issue. Last time I checked property sales did not come with a financial disclosure form that laid out the sellers current financial obligations.
