As an Obama supporter I am becoming increasingly frustrated with Obamas lack of Fight. Hillary again is winning because she is making him out to be soft.

This seems to be the pattern. Obama wins and wins suprising everyone. Hillary wins 2 or 3 big states and then loses again repeatedly. All the while she bashes her own party member for the opposition.

Is a mad scramble for anything that sticks really the "experience" that the American people want/need? If experience were truly all that, then McCain would've known that you don't denounce/reject the man speaking before you at your own event. Not to lose it over a simple reporter's question. Hillary would have created a strategy that didn't consist of "well, how about this one"?

Please let this show that the experience argument is groundless, and if you support Obama please challenge that everytime you hear it. Turn the page please

Please keep in mind that it was Obama who tried to say that Hillary was like McCain first. He paints them both as pro war (which is clearly not the case). In that context, I think it made sense for her to fight back. If Obama wants to compare her to McCain, he has to be prepared to take the good with the bad. Hillary is clearly more prepared than Obama on foreign policy. She also has better domestic policy proposals as well. On Iraq, we really have not idea what Obama will do after hearing from his top foreign policy advisor that Obama does not intend to follow his existing plan for Iraq. In that case, what plan is he going to follow?

My biggest gripe right now is with the media coverage. It's not that I want them to go after Hillary more or take it easy on Obama, because that would be unfair. However, I do want them to both be treated equally. If Barack was down by 140+ delegates and offered Hillary the VP spot, the media would be all over it saying how absurd that was. However, when the Clinton campaign does it, the media not only covers it as a realistic possibility, but also as the answer to everyone's dreams. Please. If Obama is ahead in pledged delegates, states, and popular vote, why would he happily jump in the backseat and give up the presidency to Hillary in the hopes she puts him in the number 2 spot?

Furthermore, why has the media not reported what Barack said in Wyoming on Sunday after the victory? "You will not see me as a vice presidential candidate." It gets no clearer than that. Barack will not be Hillary's VP so it's a little ridiculous to have Hillary and Bill offer the spot to someone that doesn't want it.

As far as the Wyoming and Texas races, Barack will come out ahead in each delegate count. Here's the thing, though. If Hillary does win Pennsylvania, what's next? After that, she's likely to lose the remaining 10 contests. Does she really think she can go into the convention on a 10 state losing streak with an increasingly negative campaign and a growing delegate deficit and convince the super delegates that she's the one who should run the party? Unlike that Clinton campaign, I urge everyone else to think ahead. Seriously, think ahead. Obama will not get out after Pennsylvania, so what happens then?

Arkansas - went Republican, easily going to go for HIllary. Tennessee - Hillary wins by 18 points in a state with an extremely large portion of African Americans, very close race in November.

OHIO AND FLORIDA - Well, maybe winning Florida in 3 separate elections will shut Obama up finally. She won the early voting, absentee voting, the inital voting, and now the mail-in voting. Ohio... we wouldn't have lost Gore or Kerry had they been able to carry Ohio.

I agree Jaycee. When the election cycle started I often wrote that I supported Obama but also respected Clinton. I am an Independent who leans Democrat but this nomination and the Clinton's remind me every day why I loathe the Democrat label.
Sadly instead of just being cycnical about the party I am finding myself angry and disgusted by the voters. I remember thinking this way when Bush was able to convince the American public that Iraq and September 11th were linked. If I were selfish I would be a Republican. Their party represents my self interests best, but I have always thought that as a Nation we rise and fall together and that it is important to govern in a way that lifts everyone.
There is an old idea that everyone begins as a Democrat, because of idealism, but that when we grow up we become Republicans. I am starting to understand that sentiment. It saddens me and I don't like what it says about me too much.

Did anyone catch the "Clinton News Network's"(CNN) coverage in Wyoming? With 78% of the vote counted, Wolfe ask the field coorespondent if she had any sense of how the process was going. The numbers on the screen indicated a decisive lead for Obama (59-40%). They both laughed comparing the process to a "bingo" night, and said there was no way to tell how the election was breaking. Yet I notice that MSNBC wrote Obama off early the other night because he didn't get 60%. Whoops - he got 61% and a majority of the delegates. I think one of the most interesting news stories came out of Afganistan on NPR. Soldiers who were proficient in farming were sent in quietly to help Afgans modernize their farming practices. Given Baracks incredible organizational skills, can you imagine a presidency that would incourage this type of diplomacy through activities such as these.(I'm quite sure Bush had nothing to do with this). We could change the world. Kind of like bringing back the Civilian Conservation Corp. By the way, I live in Wyoming , conservative, Republican Wyoming, and the turnout was 10 times the previous turnout for an election, and everyone seemed completely energized for Barack. I also want to express my admiration for Chuck Todd - very fair reporting.

I never thought I'd reach this point, but I cannot and will not support Sen. Clinton if she somehow manages to dirty up this primary season and steal the nomination.

But the bigger picture is that Obama needs to fight back RIGHT NOW. He seems to be sitting back and waiting for the contests to be over, but he can't afford to do that. As Hillary has proven time and time again, if you give her an inch, she'll take 100 miles.

Obama needs to take control of this election again, or I'm afraid that Clinton's "kitchen sink" (ie. lies, mud, and dirty tricks) are going to be successful. And, I'm afraid, that will be the nail in the Democrat's chances of winning this fall against a very, very unspectacular McCain.

In the unlikely event that Barack Obama loses eleven caucuses or primaries in a row, I hope the media will provide equal treatment and chatter 24/7 about how he can make his "comeback" -- equal to the great favor the media did for Hillary Clinton prior to the Ohio and Texas events.

Obama needs to drive the point that THE WAR IN IRAQ IS HAVING SERIOUS NEGATIVE EFFECTS on our economy and that those who voted for the war should be to blame, in part, for the state of the US economy.

Ok, concerned about the economy, look how the WAR IN IRAQ is affecting the US economy...

$3,000,000,000 - $3 Billion PER WEEK! - That’s the amount we're paying for the Iraq War– money that should have been used here, at home.

Add to this:

Interest (because we're financing the war with borrowed money through treasuries)

Higher oil and energy prices. Instability in Iraq is adding roughly 30 dollars per barrel as a premium.

Higher oil prices mean demand shifts to other sources of energy like nat gas, coal, etc. and greater demand will raise the equilibrium price of other sources of energy -- Can you say high energy bills?

Higher oil prices (a raw material used in the production of many goods, fertilizers, gasoline, diesel, plastics, etc.) mean higher prices of goods and services -- Can you say INFLATION?

Higher oil prices mean a higher trade deficit because most of our oil comes from foreign sources. A higher trade deficit means more money is leaving the country than is coming into the country -- Can you say 'Goodbye money!'

Our dollar is weak, weak, weak. Since we have a trade deficit, the value of goods and services we import exceeds the value of goods we export. You know that foreign car you're thinking of buying or the computer you're using, or that trip abroad you've been thinking of taking....well, guess what? It's going to cost more, Ceteris Peribus, because the dollar is weak, weak, weak.

Lastly, how do you think the world views our country because of this war? The evidence was weak and circumstantial, yet we rushed into war with Iraq while our enemy was in other countries. -- Can you say goodbye to trust building with other countries?
