the difference between sen. craig, et al. is that gov. spitzer paid for "kristen's" train fare from new york to dc for the sole purpose of having paid sex with her. it is a felony. also, spitzer set up a fraudulent, bogus company again for the purpose of hiding payments to "kristen's" employer. that is a felony as well. whereas, the senators' mentioned above did not transport a person across states to have sex with that person.
