Let me get this straight, some superdelegates are unhappy with Clinton's campaign. So what, I'm sure that some of them are unhappy with his. If the Democratic National Committee takes any action before the convention then they are doing exactly what Obama and his followers said that they didn't want to happen. Superdelegates should not determine this election.(their opinion early on in the process), but they should now?

Based on the rules of the DNC which Obama says he will follow state that delegates are pledged to support a candidate based on the primary elections unless they have a moral obligation to vote differently. So if the superdelegates decide in June to support Obama, they have the right to do so, but equally, the elected delegates can vote for whomever that want to at the convention. What if the delegates from states that are pledged to Obama decide because of events that happen after their states voted decide to go the other way? The nearness of the race could then be reestablished.

If the DNC is worried that the convention is too close to the election to allow time for the nominee to campaign against the Republicans, they have no one to blame but themselves, they set up the convention date. The convention should be the last week in June if they want to select the nominee the way it is really required if they follow the rules. There is no nominee until the convention elects them.

The DNC is the only one to blame if there is a brokered convention because they let a Republican congress and governor get away with passing the primary date to a time when the DNC said their delegates would not count,(talk about cutting off you nose to spite your fate)and then punish the voters who have no say in when the primary is held. If someone did not vote in the primary when it was held, then they are not voting to state their preference, but only to win. A true patriot will vote when it is set by law even if they know their vote will not count otherwise, why would anyone in a state vote after the nominee has been chosen. You do not stop a race halfway through because someone is ahead. If the leader trips up and falls and everyone has quit, you are still stuck with a flawed result. Let the political process continue.

Lets have a real debate on the issues. Ask each candidate to tell their position on an issue, and then have them give the plan on how that plan will be accomplished. How do we save medicare? (give specific proposals and how it would be paid for). Can not just say "we will save medicare"

I don't see much in the way of specifics from the debates we have had, just a bunch of sound bites. Ask real questions, not just questions to either bolster a side on to trip up a candidate. LETS GET REAL AND DISCUSS SPECIFICS. (I dare you).

Hillary's own former pastor is even trying to get America to look past the caricatures of Rev. Wright so widespread by extremist right wing media. I think that last comment proves that Clinton's tatics are divisive and that she cannot unite the democratic party or this country. No one has control over what another human being has to say.

I think that Obama or Clinton should be judge on their message, policies, and agenda. If we are going to make a selection based on an individual's personal life, I think none of them will get elected. All of them have character flaws or something in their past that we may not like or agree with.

I think how they respond in times like this shows the country what type of leader they will be. I think Obama or his campaign has changed a little under pressure. He has moved away from the issues too much in my opinion. I think he should ignore the side bars and drive the message of change right on into the White House.

Clinton lost me long time ago with her desperate actions to secure the nomination. Her actions show that she is willing to destroy the party to win. Her strategy appears to be "If I don't win, then nobody wins." She purposely killed the idea of a joint ticket by insulting Obama with the offer to be her Vice President after saying that he wouldn't make a good Commander-in-Chief. She has shown no humility. She thinks that she is entitled to the Presidency because her husband was the President. If I was a SD, I certainly wouldn't be bullied into to voting for her.

The one moment she did let us in to see another side of her (warm and caring) during the Texas debate (I think) has been tarnished by her latest desperate acts to win the nominations. I don't think she should give up but I think she should show a little more class and run a campaign that she can be proud of at the end regardless of the outcome.

Senator Obama and Senator Clinton have pretty much the same strategy when it comes to the issues that impact most Americans. They differ vastly when it comes to their behavior and attitude in election. I am single, professional woman. I believe in the empowerment of women, but I wouldn’t vote for Hillary. She is too emotional. Her focus has shifted from selling voters on her strengths to how dirty she can make this campaign. If she is acting this way on the campaign trail how is she going to handle the White House when other politicians don’t agree with her?

Obama has dealt with some tough issues. He is constantly being labeled “Un-American.” If he didn’t care about this country, he wouldn’t have made an effort to improve the conditions for the people of Chicago. He definitely wouldn’t run for President. Through all of these daily attacks, Obama has remained calm and steadfast. That’s the kind of President I’d like to have running this country. I don’t want a President who overreacts to every little thing. That’s how we ended up in Iraq. I don’t expect my President to be perfect. I do expect him to own up when he makes mistakes and take efforts to make things right. If Obama isn’t the Democratic nominee, I just won’t vote. I like his character, which is his greatest strength. I am not going to display “cult-like” behavior. The issues being addressed in this campaign do matter. I will not switch my vote to McCain, who views war as a means to our end.

After 9/11, Hillary had a problem. New Yorkers were desperately focused on their own needs for protection and they were saddled with a Senator who was not one of them -- an Arkansasn or was it a Chicagoan?

Interviewed on the "Today" show one week after 9/11, she spun an elaborate yarn. The kindest thing we could say was that it was a fantasy. Or a fabrication.

She said that Chelsea was jogging around the World Trade Center on 9/11 and happened to duck into a coffee shop when the airplanes hit. She said that this move saved Chelsea's life. But Chelsea told Talk magazine that she was in a friend's apartment four miles from ground zero when the first plane hit. Her friend called her, waking her up, and told her to turn on the TV. On television, she saw the second plane hit, disproving Hillary's claim that "she heard the plane hit. She heard it. She did."

So why did Hillary make up the story about Chelsea? Most likely to was because her co-senator (and implicit rival for the voter's affection), a real New Yorker Chuck Schumer spoke of his daughter, who attended Stuyvesant High School (Dick's alma mater) located next to the TRade Center, being at real risk on 9/11. Hillary needed to make herself part of the scene.

She invented the entire story on national television, the "Today" show, and didn't blink an eye.

Her fabrication on the "Today" show was no unique foray. It is her standard M.O.. It gives us pause in evaluating all of her stories and calls into question her entire credibility.

The woman just stands and LIE, LIE LIE.

It's a shame that Hillary can't let go of this and be the great unifier of the Democratic Party. She could be such a hero in this and instead she chooses to tear down what she says is so important to her. I used to be an enormous Clinton fan and I am quite disgusted by what I am seeing come from their campaign. I saw Obama speak in Greensboro yesterday and he is what I feel this country really needs right now. At times I have thought that I wouldn't vote for her if she somehow manages to become the nomination against all that is just, but that really wouldn't accomplish anything except keep the current policies and this war going forward. I hope that we can all come together and unite when our candidate is chosen instead of fighting amongst ourselves and letting the Republicans walk into the White House for another 4 years. Can't we all just get along? We do want the same things, don't we?
