She reminds me of a contestant who enters a talent contest that's all set-up by her parents for her to win. Someone better comes along and the better person clearly has more talent and integrity and he starts to beat her.

Hillary stomps onto the stage, and screams and cries, demanding that her parents "DO SOMETHING!"

The better person wins because the Clinton plan was exposed in front of the judges and the entire audience!

Right now Hillary is at that point in the story where she yells "IF I CAN'T WIN: NO ONE WILL!"

She is trying to take the whole democratic party down with her!

Since Chelsea Clinton is a active advocate for her mother's candidacy, she should be held to the same standards as any surrogate. Granted, since her career is not 24-hour politics, she may have made simply "misspoke".

However, we should expect her to correct her mistake publicly. Moreover, we should start examining whether Chelsea Clinton has the same difficulty with speaking the truth as her parents do.

I remember that at one gathering she claimed she was not satisfied with her own health insurance. Since the junior Clinton works for a hedge fund, and earning a salary of hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, I think her lie in this regard speaks to her character.

NOT TO WORRY. The supers have been migrating to Obama and away from Hillary for many weeks. Who, in their right mind, would think that this exodus will suddenly reverse?

This is a woman with more closeted scandals available to the Republican smear machine than 6 or 7 Obamas. She has dissapointed - but not surprised - a huge percentage of the party with her Clintonesque campaign of "eating your own."

I watched "Verdict" last night and they were discussing the same thing regarding getting free passes from the press. Dan Abrams thought that family members should get a "free pass". However, if that's true, then why is Michelle Obama getting hammered over things that she is saying? Isn't your spouse a member of your family?

If Chelsea CHOOSES to put herself out in the public eye to campaign for her Mom, then she should have to take the criticism as well. It was right to protect her from the press when she was a child. Nothing about Obama's ploy of "Dems for a day" - encouraging Repubs and Indys in ALL states to change voter registration and vote for HIM - then switch back to their parties before Nov.
Ohio is investigating Limbaugh doing this and it wasn't even to benefit him directly. Obama's ploy of messing with the electoral process benefited him DIRECTLY - but once again, Obama gets a free pass.

Nothing about Obama's earmark for his wife's employer - resulting in a significant raise in her salary.

If the media presented these issues to the public 24/7 - it's likely Obama's poll numbers would decrease.

Hillary and Bill just got multi-millionaires to openly threaten the U.S. Speaker of the House of Representatives and no one in the media seems to be outraged. Sure, they sort of mention it, might even criticize it. Imagine if Senator Obama or any other candidate had done such a thing. It would be the end.

It is sad but the people who consider themselves authentic members of the Democratic Party have to rise up in rebellion against their own leadership and demand that this attempted strong-arming by the Clintons end once and for all. After all, aren't we the party of the working people, of the historically oppressed, of those that believe in and have even died for civil rights? Hopefully, after the last primary the candidate with the most pledged delegates that were elected by voters, not party hacks, will be named. It will be Obama.

Then the Clinton "troika" can secretly help McCain so Hillary can put us all through this again in 2012. I can't wait and I'm sure you can't either.

I don't understand why Chelsea gets a free ride along with her mother. It doesn't make sense that politicans running for the most powerful office in the world can get up on a stage and lie repeatedly and the media sits back and allows it without challenging the entire context. Everyone should call Hillary on this. If you've ever been around a high powered rifle, like a military sniper would use, then you would definately know the difference between being shot at and having to run for your life and a leisurely walk to an eight year old's poem reading ceremony. If you can't understand that maybe you should go to a firing range and merely listen to what the sound of a rifle sounds like. It is quite a lot different than soft spoken poetry from a child.

This is a reason why so many people dislike Clinton family... Yes, Bill was a great President, especially in comparison with Bush who is the WORST President ever, but the whole family cannot be trusted what they are saying. Lying straightforward or exxubarating facts are in the genes of the whole Clinton family and that why so many people hate to see Hillary as President. The sooner Hillary realize that for the Democratic Party sake she has to drop out of the race, the better are the chances that she will not be blamed if Obama looses GE and she still may have some respect among Democrats in the future. Wait a minute...do we really believe that Chelsea writes her own speeches? A girl who has never wanted to speak in public is now touring the country writing her own speeches?

No...this speech was given to her by her mother's spinning machine. As with all of Hillary's mouthpieces (Bill, Chelsea, Geraldine Ferraro, James Carville, letter writing fundraisers)she knows exactly what they're going to say before they say it. But, when spoken by someone besides her, she thinks she can just feign innocence.

I am not a fan of Bush--however--I feel like there is enough truth out there about him that no one needs to make anything up to bash him. So why the lies this time? What are they trying to get out of this? We all know why Hillary said she landed under sniper fire--to make it seem like she had some combat/heroic/foreign policy experience. I wish we could see the whole transcript to understand the purpose of this new set of lies.

When is Chelsea going to be interviewed? (the same time the tax returns are released? the same time the White House papers are released? ....)
