Clinton: Seriously, what...is...the...point? After all the remaining contests, Obama is HIGHLY projected to still be in the lead in pledged delegates and popular vote count. Furthermore, he will need only about 30% (compared to your 70%) of the superdelegates for the nomination. So, in the absence of a strong-armed superdelegate coup by you, you have NO CHANCE!!!

If the party allows for the all the remaining primaries to take place we end up with the candidate we are already probably going to have anyway and an opponent who has had months to create himself a Presidential image and higher poll numbers. Is that what you really want? Are the rumors true...are you looking forward to 2012?

Of course, even if Senator Clinton won all of the next 10 primaries (which she will not), it would not make any difference. We would still be left in the position where Senator Clinton would need 70+% of the superdelegates to put her over the top and Senator Obama would still be ahead in the pledged delegate count (actual votes cast).

But why speak about reality when you are hoping to gain enough time to see if you cannot destroy another human being? I mean is there anyone out there who does not know that this is Senator Clinton's only strategy? She could run a positive campaign and build her reputation (like Governor Huckabee did in the Republican contest), but that is not what she is doing. As she has said repeatedly, she is in this to win. Since she isn't winning (and hasn't been at any point since the Iowa caucuses were concluded) what are her options? Apparently, knee-capping her opponent is the idea.

Of course, it will not work. Anyone else notice that Senator Obama has run an excellent campaign so far? He isn't likely to be knee-capped now. Oh well, I guess we have little choice but to watch Senator Clinton throw the whole house at Senator Obama. Isn't it thrilling? Aren't you ever so excited? Since I do not like the growing negativity, I am not. In the end, though, it will not matter. Senator Obama will be the 44th President of the United States of America.

I have contributed in the past. And, yes, it has annoyed me that others want her to withdraw. But she has done herself a great disservice, one that makes me not want to contribute any more. She could change that.

Imagine President Clinton visiting troops in the field anywhere. How can men and women who serve our country and face hostile fire regularly respect her? Imagine her ever saying “I remember” and people not being suspicious. Her excuses, themselves, seemed like fiction. It is unacceptable behavior for someone who wants to be president. I will contribute again if she would simply say, “I lied, it was foolish, I’m sorry.” Cut the crap about millions of words, sleep deprivation, one misspoken moment in twelve years. Yes, I’ll vote for he if she is the nominee of my party. I’ll vote for Obama, if he is.

I voted for her. I sent money twice. But right now, it is not because I think she is losing—she is regrettably—but because I have been so disappointed that I’m keeping my check book closed, so to speak. It has nothing to do with the arguments in her appeal.

I don't see any resiliency here. I see delusion. I believe that she was bailed out by her tears in NH to only finish even with Obama in delegates there. That doesn't sound resilient. She lost the delegate race in TX. She lied about NAFTA to OH and duped them. What we've seen is a pattern of obfuscation, spin, and lies.

Her latest lie has been exposed as a shameful episode of "valor-theft". In this country we do not take kindly those who lie about combat experiences i.e. being under sniper-fire when you weren't. There are many military members and their families who take great offense at this because they have truly been in enemy fire. She also disrepected the fine military personnel who were responsible for her and her daughter's well-being. She may have thought this was a small white lie but indeed it was a huge slap in the face to our military.

Why do they say "our campaign demonstrates strength and resilence" when it is actually demonstrating divisiveness and dishonesty? People did not call for HRC to step down right after she wins a state, but after she makes a gaffe (like the sniper fire) and engages in very divisive and undemocratic acts (like the letter writing by wealthy supporters to Speaker Pelosi). That is what causes us to demand that she step down. Plus, instead of demonstrating its strength, the campaign has made Hillary climb to the nomination steeper.
So much for paradoxes. She really felt she has to say something contrary to reality on the ground so voters can be, well, deceived, into voting for ehr.

After reviewing everything about Obama, I have become a Hillary convert. I can't trust Obama. That thing about his pastor really irks me. He must think people are stupid to believe that he never heard his pastor's racist and anti-American tirades, even though he Obama had been a member of his church for 20 years. How can he conceivably believe people to swallow that? Add the Rezko corruption deal, the two-faced way in which he campaigned against Nafta, and his racist supporters coming out of the woodworks - Louis Farakhan and Al Sharpton - I see no reason to trust what he says on the campaign trail. He is surrounded by many anti-white racists, how can he bring change? It makes no sense.

Senator Clinton is very wise not to forfeit this fight. We all know that the nomination is still hanging in the balance. There are some old dogs (better known as farts) in the Democratic party (the ones that are scared to death of Senator Clinton), the ones whose testosterone levels have yet to wander into the 21st century; those who would love to see a women bail out, just when things were beginning to heat up but get over it! It’s just not going to happen. She would never yield to a questionable defeat.
As an African American women, I'm so proud of her because McGovern was right, her battle for power, as Leader of the Free World would just be unbearable for some, that is those white males who fear powerful women, and while I think Obama’s terrific, he's just not there yet, and all we're doing is marching him down the path to defeat against McCain, because statistics show time and time again that more than 50% of white voters will not select a Black leader for President. Not just yet anyway. Additionally, Obama's not ready. He’ll crack under pressure, and he does not have the requirements for this job.
Republican’s can’t wait to get a hold of him. All we’re doing is setting him up for failure. Sen. Clinton is Prime for this job, and she will continue her fight, as will I, to the end, a bitter sweet Victory.
