And it probably has as much to do with Hillary's lying campaign disintegrating as his ad spending.

For my fellow Obama fans; this is one reason it is good for the race to continue. The longer the race runs, the more time he has to make and run fresh ads like these that address the concerns of the voters in the individual states. He is preparing the ground in PA for the general. We can measure how these ads work and run them again in later states. And nothing Hillary can do is going to damage him nearly as much as the racial swift boating we are going to have to endure in the general. Let McCain make his gaffes and tell his lies, we have it all on videotape. We will answer any direct lies about Obama, and then just like with Hillary, all the other stuff will come out when America turns its attention to the race between Obama and McCain.

Look, we have a short attention span. If we can't blow McCain out of the water completely, we need to measure our attacks and keep the race close until about a month before the general, and then unload all we can on him so we can outrun him in the stretch to the finish line. We have to wait so the McCain negatives will still be relatively fresh in voter's minds when they get to the voting booth.

On the flip side, just like the Wright story, we need to get our worst negatives out and dealt with early enough that voters find them boring old news by the time November rolls around. So all this stuff that McCain is blabbing about and getting a pass by the press -- Don't worry. Axelrod is collecting those clips like chips and will play them later in the game.

Four more Obama PA ads

Hilliary is finished even without the ads. Even her supporters can smell the blood in the water.

Four more Obama PA ads

Kevin,

I hate to break the news to you, but all the polls show Barack in single digits within 7 points. How can we compete fairly?" tactic. Poor Hillary! Basically, Obama has run a stronger campaign and has been innovative in how he raises so much money. I was happily lured to give $20 more when I saw the opportunity to win dinner with him (so far, I've given about $100 and will likely give more.)Once, I accidentally forgot to check off the box that states I am not a PAC or lobbiest and my donation would not go through until I checked that-he truly wants to limit the influence of such groups. I'm sure Hillary will take money from any source at this point. I hope Obama's great message of hope gets through to Pennsylvania-a state in which Hillary should have the advantage. Her campaign is starting to say things like, "We'll win, but we're being outspent. Our lead will likely be around 5-9%..." This campaign has shown that the more face time Obama gets, the better he does at the polls. The six week break between primaries benefits him the most and the fact that he has more cash on hand only improves his situation. The ads will only help.

This should all be over in about 8 weeks (let's hope) so the Democrats can pull it together and win this time.

Four more Obama PA ads

YES WE CAN, I've never given to a campaign before senator Obama. I'm older and ready for a change, If money will help get him elected it's on!!!!!

Four more Obama PA ads

I'd have to agree. If my memory serves me correctly, Barack outraised Hillary two to one in March. Whenever the campaign asks for a donation, it is only $25 or whatever one can muster. With over one million unique donors and a steady income stream like that, neither Hillary or McCain can compete. This fundraising effort will continue into the General, and McCain will be crushed.

Four more Obama PA ads

Spend that money Obama! We gave it to you and we'll give you more! Obama has proven his ability to win against the candidate that everyone said was the supposed winner just 6 months ago. Never doubt the power of the people to organize! Who needs lobbyists-oh yeah -YOU DO HILARY!

Four more Obama PA ads

I assume he is trying to catch up... however it is Himself who is making remarks that people hear and not giving more appropriate answers:
I feel that he doesn't take time to write down speech thoughts, he just goes about it on the fly; which will eventually cost him...

Four more Obama PA ads

Again we are being led down the nonsence road. Why not drop now?
Win at any cost... may be she is just compainging to steal votes from Obama in teh General Elections. She actually working for GOP instead of for teh Dems.
Why is not Bill telling her now to drop out and start some good work for the Dems? Right there is $1,100,000 - $800,000 for Bill's fees and $300,000 for Penn's fees. We aren't even taking into account the $40,000 per month paid to Wolfie. That would be a lot of commercials.

And, we are only looking at the Colombian FTA issue. What about all of the other issues the Clintons are involved in? Take health care, for instance. I'm sure they are collecting sizable amounts from the big insurers. Why not redirect some of that money?
