I think most people "love her" because, unlike her parents, much of her personal life remains just that. Personal. She doesn't talk about personal issues, and I think most people can respect what she's doing going around campaigning for her mother (even if they don't support her mother).

Yea she's gotten some flack for dodging questions about her father's transgressions. But I think most people can understand why she would do that.

She seems to be a genuinely sweet girl, and pretty "normal" considering her life. She doesn't say controversial statements, she doesn't go around ranting and raving. She's a sweet girl, and people like that.

Here's the thing, the Clinton's have long been the champions of the 'wedge issue' fight. However, they have consistently failed to deliver the actual goods:

While Hillary is out doing her "sheroes" tour, she has yet to discuss her role in the 'Welfare reform bill', which led to dramatic increases in poor and homeless women and children. In addition to being a major proponent of the legislation as a 'win at all costs' measure in '96, she has also failed to revisit the devastation it caused through her tenure as Senator.
So much for her feminism.

While she and Bill have always claimed to be proponents of gay rights, they did not see the folly of 'don't ask don't tell', which has caused horrible pain to many military personnel as well as purging our military of necessary Arabic speaking personnel. Again, there were many years in which to revisit that mistake and correct it, Senator Clinton did not.

I'm guessing the 'ass grabber' doesn't have family in the military, or remember the history of DOMA.

That's the thing . . . Clintons are sure to give the right "shout outs", but not care about the real rights.

Also, dudes, if Chelsea is *really* letting people grope her without complaint, and decided whether to go into bars based on "directions" she receives from her handlers, you have got to APOLOGIZE to David Shuster!!!!

Why are we reading blogs as news? Why is this in MSNBC.com instead of TMZ? I'm really getting tired of reporter's blogs (whether professional or personal) being touted as 'news'. Are they vetted by a copy-editor for factual content and relevance? Are they held to the same level of journalistic responsibility? I mean, I can understand going to a blogs listing page to find this stuff, but this was out there as a major headline. Whatever happened to journalistic integrity and responsibility when every little reporter can whip out some piece of tripe, post it and have it treated as MAJOR NEWS? No wonder cyberspace is filled with garbage. Everyone thinks everyone else always cares about what they have to say and leap at the chance to say it. Obama has been with all people all over the world and when doing so he get heckled by people wanting to hurt him. It’s not really surprising to see the lowlifes pick up the pace at such outing as the governor and guest do here.

I was interested in considering Hillary for the office of President of the united sates, but frankly she has failed to tell me what she intends to do as the president, instead every time I see her she is knocking Obama for one exaggeration or another leaving me no other option than to look somewhere else.
