Present your positions, and let the people vote. No candidate can trash talk another candidate without being EQUALLY open to criticism.

This sounds more like a propoganda poster than anything I've ever seen in the last 30 years (from a major establishment, at least).

The Democratic Party is the largest party in America by a pretty significant margin, and it still has to resort to this. I think these primaries and mailers like this pretty much reveal some true colors, but not McCain's.

It won't be long before they call themselves the "Workers' Party" and all historians know what always comes after that...

I can't wait until this campaign in over. Once it's done, we will be able to illuminate McCain, and the serious issues that he has. He has gotten a free pass thus far. Age does matter. The country remembers Reagan's last two years in office when his wife and Chief of Staff basically ran the Government while Reagan drifted into Alzheimer's-land.
The Presidency in 2008 requires a young man's stamina and mental sharpness.
McCain has already made many slight lapses of memory in public comments. Being able to function in the Senate is one thing. They never need to make grueling trips and then conduct nuanced negotiations, or make instantaneous decisions concerning war and peace.
McCain should undergo a battery of mental status examinations by leading geriatric specialists before we vote.
The unresolved question of lingering Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder induced by his POW status and his hair-trigger temper is also of concern.

Once upon a time, I thought an Obama-McCain campaign might elevate the political discourse in this country. The DNC, however, will never let that happen. "It's Coming" - two things.

One, this is not a campaign message, it's a fundraising message. OK, it's a subtle difference, and I know right-wing voters aren't good with subtlety.

Two, the mailer is about the issues. It's about how McCain is wrong on the issues - that's why it includes three concrete issues where he's wrong.

McCain stated that he is against EVERYTHING that is ANTI-ANYTHING! I think that about sums it up.
