With McCain in office we will be looking at 4 more years of Bushism. Now lets talk Bill Clinton is the only president in history to balance the budget it took the republicans less than 90 days to spend a surplus of 3 trillion dollars so republican isnt the way to go. Hillary has her issues and Obama has his but either one of them will be better than McCain. I have issues with both canidates Hillary's statement about being under fire in Bosnia if you were under fire you would definitely remember. I know I do being a veteren of Grenada, Panama, and the first gulf war. I have a problem with Obama always sidestepping the question if he thinks African Americans deserve compensation for slavery. If a canidate can't answer a yes or no question with a yes or no answer when they are asked for a yes or no answer that shows me they can't take direction and shouldn't be in office. I have seen wishy washy polotics kill friends because people couldn't make a decision or were afraid to make a decision. Who ever we the people of the United States of America vote for we all need to support which ever Democrat wins if we want to see change and stop seeing our children, friends, and family sent home in body bags from Iraq.

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

Let's see... A large chunk of the discussion against Obama has been that if he can't beat Hillary in the Pennsylvania then he won't fair well in the general election. What would have happened if independents could vote in pennsylvania? they can certainly vote in the general election, and throughout the primaries he has gotten the larger portions of independents. I'd like to hear more on this from the media because it's a point that hasn't been raised very much.

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

Obama is a comer, there is no denying it. Clinton had not won in her home state that would be very embrassing. This win as the Media knows does not change the equasion. But it's good for Media FODDER.

Sen. Obama said all along that he was making every effort to keep the race close. Happy to see the improvement in all ethic groups as the media likes to divide Americans along racial lines, these stats clearly show that is not the case.

As long as Sen. Obama wins in accordance with the DNC long standing rules and the Superdelegates don't overturn the same rules it's been playing by for more than 50 years no problem. The media is pushing this effort along with Sen. Clinton and her supporters.

However, if the Super Delegates overturn the long standing delegates metric, the DNC can count on millions either sitting out the November election or voting for Sen. McCain.

Gov Rendell can get on TV and talk about how sure he is that if the DNC overturns Sen. Obama's nomination on rules made up by the Clintons that the voters will fall in line don't believe it. It won't happen.

Sen. McCain senses that the DNC plans to overturn the nomination and give it to Sen. Clinton that's why he's attempting to reach the Black Community. Smart move.

If the DNC overturns Sen. Obama's nomination many of us will then listen to Sen. McCain because he will have proven that he wants to work with the millions that will not support the Clinton nomination.

Should the DNC overturn Sen. Obama's nomination, Sen. Clinton will definitely loose the war because she will loose key voting blocks that the DNC needs to win in November. Should this happen the DNC will LOOSE in November and all the media talk and opinions from Sen. Clinton and her supporters saying it won't happen won't change it. It will DESTROY the party and drive millions to vote with the RNC of just stay HOME. More than likely we will vote with the RNC to be sure that Sen Clinton does not win the office of the President if the DNC overturns Sen. Obama's nomination. He's earned it and we expect that the DNC will honor it's rules as it has in the past.

We will not reward someone who is not TRUSTWORTHY an dhas use divicivise tactics to overturn an honest nomination.

This nomination process is embrassing and the DNC should have stood up and followed it's own rules instead they chose to let the media drive this nomination all the way to the bank and with adding multiple new election shows just to fan this flame.

Should the DNC overturn the DNC Standard rules by which other candidates were judged based on some silly argument made by the media and Sen. Clinton, they can be assured that the DNC will loose the support of millions. We don't mind the media blitz and the back and forth just as long as the race is fair.

If not, since Sen. McCain is reaching out, we are open to hearing Sen. McCain because he will have proven that his Straight Talk has some value.

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

http://twocanpete.blogspot.com/
Hillary threw the kitchen sink now she's going throw the bathtub and the living room furniture! Truth, Obama has raised more money, has expanded the democratic base, cut into her initial 33% lead going into PA, taken all of the negative stuff from Clinton and McCain and still progressed in a majority white state. The real question - will you cut off your nose to spite your face, just because you can't let go of bigotry?

The right person for the job is Obama - a fresh and untainted face in the highest office of the land. One that combines the best that a re-newed America will have to offer its people and its allies.

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

it sucks that obama didn't win, but i am glad to see the margin knocked down so much.
i am from PA and it really bugs me to see so many nasty comments in the news... showing that the negative attack ads have worked.
it really makes PA voters look stupid.

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

Listen, Obama supporter,
Let's not vote for Hillary, if she ever get the nomination, although it's impossible. We can't ruin this country again by the clintons. Bill started this mess by signing NAFTA, Billary's as bad as the Bushs. It's better not to vote or vote for McCain. He's at least less corrupted and we can expect less drama thant the scandlists, Billary.

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

Pennsylvania voters have sent a powerful message, on behalf of us all. In spite of the conclusions drawn prematurely over the past few weeks, voters continue to have their say. We knew that would be the case. I just don't understand the response of the media. Respectfully, media, this is not all about you. Who cares that one camp was nicer to you than another? This is about the American people and our future. Give the voters their say. And--sorry, Howard Dean--this is not about the democratic party, either. The party is just a surrogate for the people, Let the people continue to speak.

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

Hey TC ....Obama will win in November, even without the dysfunctional vote of Florida.

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

To any super-delegates who might be reading this: I've been a Democratic activist, supporter, and VOTER since 1964. But I will stay home if Clinton is the nominee. Please, put this thing to bed and all of us out of our misery by supporting Obama so the Democrats can get on with the real work.

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

Lets keep the facts straight:
1. Many people say they are patriotic but do not practice patriotism. I have visited and/ or lived in these battlegorund states and in many cases the residents will not vote for a black person. These are some of the most segregated areas in our country. Many people believe that only our southern states still promote racism. You are wrong. It is the states like PA, OH, MA, NJ and NY that have some of the most segregated areas that still see America from a different perspective. That is the reality. It is an unfortunate reality and hopefully instead of criticizing racism or who you feel is a racist, instead stop and have a conversation with them and help them to see a candidate for the candidate, not what they are comfortable with or looks like them. For many years African Americans looked past race and rallied behind the candidates, this is not being practiced today. Our United States still has a long way to go!

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

We're not stupid! it amazes me how the pundits find ways to slam Obama just to weaken his chances of winning the nomination &"close the deal". They want the fight to go on as long as it can to improve McCain's chances of keeping the race close in the general election. Believe me, Billary is in on this also. She knows she can't win this time, so she's out to kill Obama's chances so she can run again in 2012.

An Obama improvement since Ohio?

Delegate Math. Most likely scenario is HoDean tries to corner enough supers to put Obama over by late May or early June. Worst thing is to have the FL and MI delegate issue treated as decisive and fight over that at the convention. In the meantime, Obama is essentially being vetted. If he really, really stumbles he could give the supers reason to give it to Hillary, but it's not likely.

P.S.
