Nothing misleading about it..McCain was almost dismissive of the person's question in the tone of his voice when he answereed the question in New Hampshire. McCain is a war-monger. He harbors some deep psychological sense of personal failure to his father as a P.O.W. and he is bound to reverse that failure by continuing to advocate for war. There is no possibility of being peace-keepers in that part of the world. History teaches us that the Middle East will continue to be unstable because of ancient religious rivalries and lack of water and other resources. To equate Japan, Korea, or Germany to Iraq shows both a lack of intelligence and memory.
McCain is deficient on both of those. McCain's age and mental status pose a fall greater danger to the USA than anything the Rev. Wright can dish out.

Howard Dean and anyone who agrees with him, it doesn't matter what the American people want in Iraq unless you're in Congress. The President is NOT a representative of the people. He is a leader. We ask him to have conviction and do what he thinks is best. You can't get a new boss at work just because the majority wants a pay raise and he won't dish one out.

Congress, the one currently led by Democrats in both houses, could have ended Iraq by now, but they still want to pay for it. AND REMEMBER, in 2003, more Democrats voted FOR war than voted AGAINST it.

It's just as much democrats' fault as republicans'. Period.
